I just got a new A/C and furnace from King Heating. Everyone at King, including the installer, Shawn, were really nice and professional. They did a great job and I'm happy with their service.

I'm really happy with everything about my experience with King HVAC Systems, LLC. From the first time I called them for help to when John *** finished the job, everything was great. We just moved to this area, and I'm so glad I found King HVAC. They're definitely going to be my go-to company from now on!

On April 4, John M. came to our house right on time to fix our heating thingy. John was super nice and knew a lot about what he was doing. He cleaned our furnace, changed some pipes, and gave us some good ideas for later. Thanks, John and King, HCP!

King HVAC Systems, LLC is a good company. We got a new heater, water heater, and humidifier in 2009 and a new AC in 2013. The guys who come for service know a lot and I have them come every year for check-ups. They are honest and I really suggest them!

Brandon was very professional and knowledgeable with our choice of a new Carrier HVAC system. He answered all of our questions concerning our application and followed through the process through the end. We are extremely satisfied with King Heating and Brandon. Mike the installer was very neat, clean and conscientious of the work he did, you could tell that he had a lot of pride in his work. He didn't even take a lunch! Don't hesitate to use this business!

This is my 3rd time usin King Heating and I will always use them. I needed a furnace installed in my rental house in Feb when the tenant called and said the old one stopped workin. King Heating came out the same day with 3 different brand name furnace quotes and quality. They came out and installed a new one the very next mornin. They are always polite and professional. I also use them for cleanin and general maintenance on my primary residence heating and A/C unit. This is a very good company.

Jeff V from King HVAC Systems, LLC came to check and clean my furnace on September 23. He arrived on time and did the yearly check and clean of my fur name. While doing his check, he found that a capacitor had a lower reading than it should have. He said there was a chance that over time, the capacitor could make the blower motor overheat and burn out. The blower motor replacement would cost over $600.00, but the capacitor replacement was less than $160.00. I liked that Jeff V. told me about this and I chose to replace the capacitor. I appreciated the heads up for a possible issue in the future.

I saw the TV ads and thought I should write this review. In October , I called KING for a yearly service. I used another service for the past 12 years. KING sent their technician, John (the one in the ads). After just 20 minutes, John said my heat exchanger had cracks and he had to turn off the furnace due to high CO levels. He said I needed a new furnace, but I could turn it back on at my own risk! John connected me with their sales team to discuss buying a new furnace. To make it short, the cost would be between $7,000 and $13,000, depending on my choice. They had special deals and financing options, of course! I decided to get 2 more inspections within the next 3 weeks. Both companies confirmed that there were no visible cracks in my heat exchanger and I didn't need a new furnace! Oh, by the way, KING still charged me $79.95, and I had to call for a refund. KING offered to send another technician, but only after I got the extra inspections and paid for them! KING never offered to cover the cost of the extra inspections, even though I emailed them the results and costs of the first one they asked me to do! KING and their technician John are a scam business and take advantage of people in desperate situations. Shame on you, KING and John! ?

I bought a new A/C and furnace combo when my furnace broke in the winter. They installed the units months apart in 2021 (furnace in Feb., A/C in Apr. or May) because of their scheduling issues. They promised to check the A/C in the summer, but that never happened. They keep asking for $100 for a promised service. In summer 2022, on the hottest day in years, my A/C couldn't cool my house below 75. The unit is about a year old, but they refused to send a tech without me agreeing to their fee. It's 100 outside and the A/C is blowing warm air. A manager agreed to send a tech without the fee. 20 hours later, I got a call that a tech is coming, but that wasn't his plan. The arrogant tech only wanted to charge me for "emergency service" (20 hours later) and said the A/C coils were dirty and needed cleaning. He cleaned the outdoor unit with a hose and spray bottle and wanted to charge me $195 as an emergency. He never addressed the real issue. The A/C still won't cool and now the outdoor unit makes strange noises. I suggest looking elsewhere for these home investments.

I had service done with King HVAC Systems, LLC on 1/12/22. I paid with a cashier's check of $8, ***. I need a copy of the contract and a record of the work that was done. They are coming in April for the air conditioning. I do not want to sign on an iPad; I want paper copies of the written documentation. It's important for me to have physical paperwork when they come out to my house.

I got a new furnace that's supposed to save energy, but it's been acting up since it was installed. I called them and a guy came over. He said there was a mistake in how they put in the new system. He said he fixed it and left. But now, my AC is still not working and my house is a hot 83 degrees. They told me to buy a new HVAC system along with the furnace, even though my old one was fine. This whole thing has been a total nightmare, and it's costing me a lot of money. And now they want to charge me just to come and see what they messed up.

I had problems with my heater in February. I've been using King heating for a long time. I'm 90 years old and my husband passed away a few months ago. He used to handle all of these things. I called King heating and they came out 3 times. They couldn't fix it. One time, they fixed it, but it only lasted for 3 days. I paid almost $300 for each visit. On the third visit, repair man Tim brought the part back and said he couldn't fix it. He said I needed a new furnace. That's when I started dealing with ***. They said they could sell me a new heater for $8300.00. They delivered 2 units, not just a heater and an air conditioner. They installed the heater and then said an electrician was needed for the AC. I planned to pay *** $183.00 a month for these items. The man who installed the heater said I had to pay him. I told him I had the payment plan, but he insisted, so I paid him $8300.00 in full. Now I don't have enough money because they made me pay in full. They won't even give me a partial refund for rent and other things. I don't know why I can't get on the monthly payment plan I signed. They never sent out the electrician, and I paid $500 for that. I need it because of my asthma.

On 6/14/22, a rep came to my house to give an estimate on a *** installation. He had problems getting the estimate because his device kept booting him out, so he asked for my WIFI but decided to go to his truck to get a signal. He gave an estimate of $7,812, which shocked me because my internet search showed a range of $3,500 to $7,000. I told him I needed to find more reasonable suppliers. Because it was really hot, my daughter wanted to buy the unit so they could install it the next day. The rep completed the contract but wouldn't accept their website's $300 off coupon. He said their system applies the coupon. On 6/15/22, the installers arrived around noon and spent a lot of time idle because they had to wait 3 hours for the *** unit. That evening, the water was lukewarm and turned colder when I showered. The next morning, it was ice cold, making it impossible to shower. I called King *** and the young woman told me the installers forgot to light the pilot. They couldn't give me a time when someone could come out. I was told a supervisor would call in the morning, so I had another evening without hot water. I didn't hear from the supervisor, but a worker called and came to light the pilot. King *** claims they put their customers first, treat them like royalty, and are dedicated to serving them. However, I am a customer who has been completely ignored and treated with blatant disregard. To date, King *** has yet to acknowledge the issue or show any concern for the inconvenience they caused. I also have concerns about their integrity because they didn't honor their $300 off coupon on the *** install. If they truly put the customer first, treated them like royalty, and were dedicated to serving them, they would take $300 off the *** unit.

I gotta tell ya, I had a real problem with King HVAC Systems, LLC. Let me break it down for ya. So, I was promised one thing, but they gave me something completely different. The boiler they installed was a cheaper model with totally different specs. And get this, they even sold me a boiler stand that I didn't even need, and they didn't give me a refund for it. Can you believe that?

I've been trying to sort this out with King HVAC for almost a week now, but they ain't been very helpful. The sales manager, let's call him Bob, came to my house to sell me this boiler, but he ain't been responsive at all. It's like they pulled a fast one on me, you know? They don't seem interested in fixing the problem.

I paid over 16K for this installation, and the company ain't been cooperative at all. It took me several days just to get a hold of my salesman, let's call him Joe, and when he finally called me back, he apologized for not getting back to me sooner. He gave me some excuse about how busy they've been at work and how all their catalytic converters got stolen from their trucks. Can you believe that? They think stolen converters are more important than a customer who just dropped 16K on their system.

I told Joe about the boiler being different from what he sold me, and he said something about the catalog he had being outdated. Apparently, the laws changed, and they couldn't give me the one that was on the proposal. So, they gave me a different boiler instead. I also mentioned the price difference between the two boilers and how the specs were completely different. And let's not forget about the unused boiler stand that I wanted to be reimbursed for. Joe said he needed to call his supplier and promised to get back to me in about half an hour. But guess what? He never called me back.

Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed with King HVAC Systems, LLC. They made promises they couldn't keep, and they haven't been very helpful in resolving the issue. I expected better service after spending so much money with them.
