Reliance Home Comfort review: Installation of a water heater
On September 24, two people came in to change my water tank, they did not take their oily boots off or put on boot covers and only put a runner down the stairs and into the door of the furnace room, all of which are carpeted. The runner was twisted, and as a result, they walked on the carpet as well and stained the carpet with their oily boots, this was included the stairs and the carpet in the basement.
The next issue I have is when they connected the waterline to the hot water tank. It is not 90% angle down and when they tossed it to the water tank, they have it so high that it's rubbing on the vent for the water tank.
I am going to need the carpet professionally cleaned, and the plumbing fixed as it has left like this it will surely leak, and then you end up paying for a flooded basement to the tune of $20-$30,000.
I look forward to hearing from you in a very near future.
Desired outcome: clean the carpet & fix the cold water copper pipe attached to the the water heater
