I was on the phone with them for quite a while and they were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful in making sure I got the exact products I needed. I’ve already placed multiple orders with them, and every time the service has been top-notch.
I even had them do some custom outdoor weather louvers for me, and they came out perfect. Huge shoutout to Anthony — he was super helpful throughout the whole process and made everything easy.

I ordered a grille from HVAC Premium LLC, but they sent me the wrong one. I got a vertical one instead of a horizontal one. I emailed them and someone named *** asked if I wanted a refund or a replacement. I said I wanted a replacement, but they didn't respond. I emailed them again to confirm, but still no response. I tried to cancel my order online, but when I clicked 'Submit', it took me to a page that said 'Thanks for ordering a catalog'.
