Our technition, Jordan Mills, was on time, wore his mask, and did his job effectively and efficiently. He also shared knowledge about our equipment that I was not aware of which could help save money over time.
Predatory practices
Predatory practices. They charge way too much. I asked them to fix something as long as it cost less than $500. They ended up charging me $498.95 for just $60 worth of parts and 20 minutes of work. I talked to the manager and he admitted that the price of the parts and the time spent were accurate, but he refused to lower the price. I'm a military homeowner who lives out of town. Perry HVAC is not trustworthy. Arizona doesn't have any laws to protect consumers from price gouging. Be careful when dealing with them. I would have been okay with paying $200 or maybe even $250, but double that? That's just predatory. I only gave them 1 star because I couldn't give them any less.
