On December 2nd, 2023, I made a hotel reservation in Abu Dhabi through Rehlat with the reference numbers RE1199208 and RAE2718304. However, upon arriving at the specified hotel, I was shocked to learn that the rooms were fully booked, despite receiving a confirmation of my successful booking from Rehlat.

I promptly contacted Rehlat's customer support, and while they assured me that the booking would be canceled and a refund of 574.669 AED would be processed, I regret to inform you that, as of January 3rd, 2024, the issue remains unresolved. Despite numerous attempts through emails and calls, there has been no concrete resolution or communication from Rehlat.

Moreover, during this distressing situation, I requested assistance in finding an alternative hotel, but no effort was made by Rehlat to address this urgent matter. This lack of support further aggravated the situation and left me stranded.

Given the severity of the matter and the apparent negligence on the part of Rehlat in ensuring the provision of services as advertised, I believe it is necessary to bring this issue to the attention of the Ministry. I kindly request the Ministry's intervention to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action.

I have attached relevant documents, including booking confirmations and communication with Rehlat, for your reference.

Claimed loss: AED 574.664
