[redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]. have all been involved in handling this dispute, yet Regus has still failed to resolve it. I had two basic mail-handling accounts costing approximately NOK 680 per month each. Regus is now claiming nearly €6,000 on each account — almost €12,000 total — with no satisfactory explanation or evidence showing how those balances were created. The additional fees do not remotely add up to that amount, and I dispute every cent.
The only reason I purchased these services was to have Regus reliably receive and handle my business mail. Mail was not received and time-sensitive mail was acknowledged late, which is why I terminated the contracts.
Regus also charged me for a Legal Address service I did not use. I specifically told Regus that I was not using their address as my legal/registration address. I have repeatedly asked them to show me where in my contract I agreed to this charge, and they have repeatedly failed to provide it. Regus has now even admitted in writing that its earlier information and the Centre’s later position “do not align.”
They also charge additional fees simply to allow customers to collect their own mail.
Despite my termination requests, Regus has continued attempting to charge me and continues sending repetitive responses without actually resolving the dispute.
I want both accounts terminated, the entire disputed balance removed, all further payment attempts stopped, and written confirmation that I owe Regus nothing further.
