Extremely disappointed in the lack of professional accountability at Regus. My retainer refund was promised on March 9th, yet despite multiple escalations, I am being met with silence.
I shouldn’t have to chase a global organization for four weeks to recover my own funds. Does the leadership team consider this an acceptable standard for client service?

Avoid this provider if you value your time or your money. I experienced significant delays during company formation because they lacked the proper organizational documentation required for registration. Every time I asked for help, the staff claimed they had no authority and had to "check with the center team," leading to nothing but false promises and zero answers.

It is far more expensive than other providers, yet the service is non-existent. To make matters worse, my refund is now 4 weeks overdue. They are great until you try to leave, at which point they stop replying and hold onto your deposit. Use a different provider if you want a professional partner who actually honors their commitments.
