the shoes have torn on just the second day of use
I purchased a pair of REEBOK Basketball Shoes from Bahrain and the stitches on the right shoe came out on the second day of use itself. Now I cannot use the shoe at all as the sponge cushioning will come out.
I am very sad and upset as I had saved quite a bit to buy the shoe and it didn't last me more than 2 days! I couldn't even locate the grievances and complaints section on the REEBOK website. I am not even asking for a new pair of shoes or a refund, all I want is if they can at least repair the shoe and give it back.Please help me.

Reebox's DMXMAX shoes purchase 5 months age have major sole failure. THe heel and front of the shoe have collapsed inward making the shoe unusable. Returned shoes to where purchased. They informed me that the problem was a manufacture defect and I would have to contact Reebok.

I bought a pair of Reebok shoes at Rainbow Impex, Reebok City Centre, Shop -D013, D/C block, Sector-1, Salt lake, Kolkata-64 on Jan 01 '10. After using it for about a couple of months, I noticed that the outer sole is peeling off and I returned the shoes to the retail store on Apr 17 '10 for getting it serviced.I was promised that I will get my shoes back in a month.I retaliated but then agreed on waiting for a month. Its been about two months now.Nobody ever bothered to call me up and when I called them up, they said it might take few more days.That means "you buy shoes from Reebok and stay without them for months". Being a sportsperson, I buy Reebok shoes pretty often but with this kind of service, I dont think I would be able to do the same.I think Reebok needs to think about the service they provide to their valuable customers or else they will lose them.

I purchased a pair of Rockport floaters from one of the RBK retailers at Seawoods, Navi Mumbai. They go by the name of Laxmina Commercial.
I am facing a problem with the floaters itself and adding on to that with the kind of service I am getting from them. I was told a lot of good things about the pair and about the DMX technology etc... But unfortunately, the cushioning on the left leg is not what it used to be,and I have a bulge coming up under toe area which is causing a lot of irritation. The cushioning has come down for both the legs and the comfort isn’t there anymore. But this particular bulge, is causing a lot of inconvenience and making me very uncomfortable.
The retail shop person, Mr. Dhin and Mr.Nikhet is being nonchalant regarding the problem.They said they would send it to their shop etc.Forget refusing to do anything about it,but they don’t even give me a call and update regarding the status.It was with them for 21 days and I was informed only when I called them. Few stitches came out of it.This was something I had made clear with them before the purchase.But still,when the stitches came loose,they said we cant do anything about it.It was only after I insisted did they get it redone.
This kind of things are really not acceptable. Now I am with a pair of floaters that’s giving me pain and back problem as well. I ain't hopeful about this getting rectified, but this isn’t the kind of service that I expect from a reputed footwear agency!

Well i had given my reebok shoes for replacement on 18/6/10 in RAINBOW IMPEX CITY CENTRE SHOP NO-D0113 KOLKATA.Its been over a month and still i havent received my new shoes.My PGSC NO-J12286.I am highly dissatisfied with this kind of service provided by such a reputed brand.I am sorry to say that the level of this brand has surely declined.Please look into this matter so that i get my shoes soon as those are school shoes and i have to face a lot of trouble because of this inefficiency.

I purchased a PR Pump Paris Trainer on 21/9/2007, which has a lot of manufacturing defect. The cheap shoes manufactured at china have no quality at all. The sole makes sound as if separated from the shoes, threads come out on a regular basis and many more. The shopkeeper claimed it to be the most reputed product of RBK India, but i recommend as the most cheapest and low quality shoes ever manufactured in India.
They are cheating the consumers, they don't have any contact departments in India, no grievance cell just nothing. Even the World HQ at Canton does not entertains anything properly. Its totally useless, so BEWARE of REEBOK.

pasting of soles as they been detached
I deposited my “Hexalite ’’shoes to your Reebok Outlet-“VIP-RBK, Kolkata-7000052” on 25 July07 for pasting of both soles which came loose vide customer claim Form No. 5768 dated 25.7.2007. It was supposed to be delivered to me on 10.08.2007. But unfortunately even after repeated visits to the shop since then I am yet to receive the repaired shoes. The shop manager insists that HQ Office has not yet returned them.
I was gifted Reebok Shoes but within a period of 1.5 months the net of the shoe got torn off. I am really sorry to say that the product of such big companies are not worth the value which we pay for it. If you wish I can mail you the pair of shoes.
I hope you will take the action regarding this complaint.
badly made shoes
Having purchased a pair of Reebok Classic training shoes from a local store my daughter was having trouble keeping the Velcro fastened on inspection the stitching was coming away and the Velcro attachment was insufficient for the shoe to stay closed, unfortunately when we went to return the shoes we could not find the till receipt and therefore are stuck with a pair of shoes which cost £21.99 in a sale, normally £26.99,that my child can not wear and I was just wondering if the company could help us out? The shoes were purchased from JJB Sports,in Darlington Co. Durham.
not getting back my shoe in warranty period!
I have bought a Reebok Shoe for RS 3500.00 on January'07, which was found defective within 2 months as the pasting was coming out of both the sole of the pair. I returned the shoe to the reebok showroom from where I have purchased it on 09, June'07. They confirmed me that it will be rectified within 20 working days & will be delivered to my residence. But till now no response from them. This is pending for 2 months & when I am calling up for the details of when the shoe will be back, they are simply disconnecting the phone. Being a reputed company, this is not at all accepted from such a big company. They told me that it cannot be replaced but can be repaired. I brought a Jacket worth Rs. 1979 from Reebok Shopwroom at that time they had scheme of 40% off on original prise Rs. 3299 form the Reebok showroom situated in Mittal Mega Mall, Panipat (Haryana) on dated 16.01.2009. The above Jacket was torned back portion has been due to manufacturing defect / sub standred quality. Subsequently I approached the Reebok showroom to exchange of the Jacket but they have denied for replacement of the Jacket.
It is, therefore, requested to make necessary arrangements to exchange the same please.

I have a similar complain, I bought a show in April 2008 and it is coming out. When I called the shop, thye told it had 2 montsh warranty. Nothing was written on bill of that nature. I had purchased one pair of rbk shoes article no 1-153350 Size US8 for Rs 6490-40% i.e Rs 3900/- on 13/7/08 from M/s KP Collection Shop No 7, Galaxy World, Ambala City wide B.No 1112. I visited Delhi on 15/7/08 by wearing these shoes for the 1st time in my car and i was in party of some product in Hotel Grand Hayat at 10.30 am and some of my friends told me to look at my shoes, the pieces of randle of the sole were hanging from all sides. By that time i had walked not even a half km the shoes was in such a worst position, i told my friends that it is the new shoe i have bought the day before yesterday at 8.00 PM and it had become a joke of me that after spending 3900/- on pair of reputed international brand. It was an embarrassing position of mine in that party. I called upon your franchise KP Collection at No [protected] and told him the position and he told me that you may come to the showroom and get the piece exchanged but i had to purchase a pair of shoe from Delhi as the rbk shoe was in worst position then who will compensate for teh embarrassment and the price of the shoe i had to purchased from Delhi.. I bought a Reebok sports shoe (Style code : 1-142209) from a Reebok show room (Franchisee: DLIGHTS,GS Road, Ulubari,Guwahati, Assam) 6 months back,on 25/1/07. It started ripping off within 4 months of use and that too using it only for walking.
When I showed this to the shopkeeper the only help he showed me was to attach some cloths from inside using some adhesive, which I refused.

I bought a pair of sandles worth RS 714 .00 from reebok show room at that time they had scheme of 40% off on orignal prise 1190.00 .After 12 days i founded it manufecture defective so i climed for it on 5th or 6th of february to showroom deler my clime is passed on 18th of february now this scheme is off. so they do not replced my sandles . Now they are saying that you need pay 1190.00 the original prise of sandles or you can buy any other product worth of RS 714.00. But i do not need of their any other product i need my sandles back on worth of RS 714.00.Because i have bought it on scheme so i need a behalf that scheme.

Unfortunately, the franchisee is falling back on the fine print in the invoice ( Guarantee for 90 days only)! Is'nt it reasonable to expect a reputed product, bought by paying Rs.1000/- to last for at-least a year, if not more?
I only hope the franchisee is not allowed to stock cheap imitiations | fake products bringing disrepute to well-established brands.

i bought a reebok shoe for walking purpose during april 2009 from velacherry 100 ft road shoe mart. I hardly used for 6 months and did not use thereafter. After a long time when I started using from June 2011 I found that the sole have given way and the pasting was not proper. The rubber packing for the bottom surface over the engraved surface have peeled out and the walking was very difficult, The fancy and the advt. given in various channels/media have driven me to purchase the reebok shoe. To my surprise I have a very bitter experience, inspite of having paid a huge cost at the full price. I have not purchased the shoe during sale offer. To my dismay, the shoes did not serve the required period for the price which I paid. I would like to have proper guidance and help for restoring to a workable or usable position. I've purchased one Reebok T-shirt from the above mentioned store on 14/03/2011 in Jaipur after confirming that it could be exchanged from PAN India Reebok factory Proice shop branches.
I wore it and found that it is extra large for me so i approached one of Reebok showroom in Dehradun and asked for a shorter size but the staff refused me stating that "IT IS NOT OUR HEADACHE"...
I totally shocked at their attitude.They must have guided me that we cannot exchange it, you can go to another store.
Now i am having the T-shirt with me and it is of no use.The Reebok staff at Jaipur have totally misguided me on this..
I just want to request the company that they are the biggest sports brand and they should not repeat these kind of unproffessional behaviour in future..

I had purchased a pair of shoes from Kohat Enclave, Pitampura, Delhi Reebok branch worth 1500/- in June 2011. In just 4 months time of usage the sole of the shoes got worn out and the pasting of the sole is also got removed. Now the shoes are in very bad shape. I am a partially physically handicapped person, last week during walking, I lost control and fell due to these defective shoes. Now i have been suffering from acute pain in my right leg knee.
I am very much disappointed and feels cheated with the inferior quality of the products the co. like Reebok is selling.

This is to bring into your kind notice, that i have purchased a pair of REEBOK SHOES from a Showroom in Dist,YAMUNANAGAR,HARYANA,INDIA some 2 months back.
Now from the last 2 weeks i have noticed that the Left Shoe sole pasting is getting torn off & the sole is getting detached from the shoe.It has surprised & shocked me a lot,that after buying a Renowed Company shoe i have been facing such a type of problem.
I have complaint for it to the concerned dealer there at YAMUNANAGAR, but he did not listen to it & rather didnt even gave look at the concerned problem which has disturbed me.
I request the concerned authorities of the Company to take care of their brandname & goodwill & do instruct the dealers as well as showroom owners who sell REEBOK brand in their showroom to look into the problems related to the shoes & attend it respectfully.
Once again requesting the Authorities to take proper action in this regard & please revert.

Quality of the shoe is so bad that the day i bought the shoe after 15 days all the soul is coming out of the shoe and when i went for replacement they took 1o days to stick the gum and by the time it reached me after 10 days, while delivering the repaired delivery, when he open the box it was'nt repaired properly.
and then agin i asked him to repair but he said again 10 days. so guys learn from my mistake never buy REEBOK shoe if u r looking out for some thing of good quality and service.

I had purchase Reebok shoes from its factory outlet sector14, Gurgaon, India. The left feet shoe is very uncomfortable. I feels that Reebok is having good brand name but product is not of International quality. Even low price shoes gives more comfort comparing to these shoes.
Earlier I Had Purchased Shoes from Reebok which had physical Defects in them. On trying to get them exchanged I wasn't able to because they didn't have stock, after waiting more than a week I got them exchanged for another pair of the same value. But the same persisted. They too had defect as one shoe got tighter after a wear. So when i tried to get them changed again no stock. So again after waiting another week, Finally frustrated i got them exchanged for Canvases. Now the pasting of the canvas is coming of plus a few more defects and when i went to the retailer again no stock ...

I have bought a pair of reebok shoes from K.M.Trg Dubai outlet on 28th may 2009, the next day i noticed a defect while my child was wearing it. Unfortunetly it was after a couple of hours usage that I noticed the same. I stay in sharjah, obviously dusty/sandy suroundings has soiled a little.
The next day on 1st june 2009 it was brought to the outlet for a replacement, but was denied a replacement stating that only the sole part is covered under warranty. The defect was on the canvas part close to the stitch with the leather strip, the canvas has a stretch mark with loose threads comming out, almost going to tear off. One more day use will it become useless.
It is embarassing that a world wide reputed and expensive brand has such illogical excuses.
Can Anyone tell me any factory outlet of Reebok in pune with the exact address.

Three months ago I purchased a pair of reeboks, they were comfortable and I liked the style. I have always washed my snickers in cold water. Never in my life, did I had a pair of snickers fall apart, the upper and sole seperated. Just because I didn't have a receipt the store manager rejected my purchase. I feel it was a defected product and would appreciate a new pair or refund from your company. My size is 61/2, the style # RB 506 . Thank you for your prompt attention.
poor post sale services
They are so poor in post sale services. They have given the franchise to such people who don't give us complete information while selling the product. Reebok sets some high standards, but still they don't provide any repair and replacement. They didn't specify any stipulated time on their bill in which we can replace our product. On asking, e-mail address of a person they didn't tell us, moreover such rude behavior. This is something which was not expected from Reebok.
Very poor quality manufacturing and bad response to customers complaint. Highly disillusioned and dissatisfied. Advise to others who are willing to purchase Reebok.

I had purchased a pump shoe style 1-159761 for rs 7195 from Reebok store shops 46 sahara mall gurgaon on 24 03 2007. This shoe of the left side has an exposed seam which gives a blister on every walk. This has been tried twice with same blister at the same site. This shoe should be replaced.

The same pair of shoes available in website at Rs.3, 499/- but in the store they charged for the same pair for Rs.4, 899/-.
I request you suggest / guide your friends or family members to not visit this stores and not purchase especially here. The staff available here in the store is useless and not responsible.
When i ask for the variation of amount they said because of GST and they were cheating and bluff the customers.

The total life of any Reebok product is only 3 months. The company itself claiming that the product will automatically finished or of no use on 91st day from the date of it's purchase.

2. For summer, making half pant, cargo fit etc. in 40, 42, 44 inches in grey, black, Coffee shed, brown and dark green etc at the rate of Rs. 599 to Rs.899.
3. For winter, making high neck fine wool body care inner T Shirts in 42, 44 inches size at the rate Rs. 499 to Rs. 599 like monty carlo.

I bought a Reebok Shoe pair from Hooda Enterprises Sector 17, HUDA Jagadhri vide bill number 6388, dated 31/10/08 for Rs 1999/- Within 15 days of use the pasting of sole from front and and right side of shoe has started ripping off. I insist to change the shoe but when i showed the shoe to the showroom people they said that i should get the shoe repaired on the first chance but i said i want to get it replaced. Such a big international company should comply with quality and should give the customer satisfaction priority.

I gave the shoe to the shop back on 27/10/2008. I insist to change the shoe as I feel it is defective. But the shoe shop owner is only ready to repair it as he has been directed by the company. We went searching for this sweator and it's surprising that none of the Reebok Showrooms including the factory outlet has this kind of sweator. We have checked all the big showrooms in Secunderabad and Hyderabad and it's frustrating to find that you couldn't get a sweator in any of the authorized showrooms?

poor quality shoes and its replacement scene
My name is Amit and I purchased shoes from GAK ACCESSORIES outlet at South Extension on 5-2-07 bill no.5167. The Lace tag of one shoe worn out after 15 days ,so I bring the shoe back to shop they helped me and created a claim for that via claim no.2745 on 2-3-07 which is supposed to be delivered in 15 days. After 18 days when I was back to shop for my replaced shoes they are just unaware of their 15 days time.
And most Disgusting scene was when they call their head office located in Gurgaon and the guy their told that they have not yet received any shoes for that claim No. When further inquiries were made shoes were found on reception on 20-3-07 after 18 days.
So this is your service on which you advertise yourself as Reebok.
The shopkeeper assured me to get this job done in next five days. So I told him that I will contact him on 25-3-07. And when I am back to shop on 25 they wont updated me waited their like a foolish for 10 minutes and then moved from their.
