This was the nastiest most unprofessional hotel I have ever stayed at. I stayed at Red Roof Inn Arlington and the service was terrible. They didn't want to provide me with clean towels on the 2nd day and the front desk was edgy and discouraging. The floors were extremely sticky with roaches crawling up our walls at night. The laundry service was out of service after being told by several employees that it was working, etc. Point being. STAY AWAY from Red Roof Inn - Arlington (Dallas).

Desired outcome: Half my money back if possible.
