Resolved Red Roof Inn — dirty room,bad housekeeping,very bad service

We booked 8 rooms an 2 of the room were awful. An the front desk clerk was rude an unorganized. We found a used contraceptive under the bed with blood in it, an the worst thing about it it was found by my 3 year son looking for his toy that hit the floor. Once we seen this we went to the front desk an asked for a refund an she told us she had dropped the money already an getting it back wasn't an option until the morning when the manage came in. Once he came in it was even worst because he instantly started being rude telling us how he wasn't going to refund the money. It was the worst experience with hotel's ever an I dnt recommend that nobody's stay at red roof in Durham North Carolina. Check out the image below an tell me what u would do?????
