Red Lobster customer service

My boyfriend and I went to Red Lobster in Lynchburg VA. As a fellow server I have certain expectations, we sat for 30 minutes after ordering food and drinks from the bar... I approached the manager and stated that we haven't received anything and she agreed to comp our check, we were blatantly ignore by the server and everything took entirely too long including the bread, soup, boxes etc! Upon receiving the bill only one thing had been taken off which was our appetizer.. the taste of food was exceptional so we paid our 82$ check without complaint even though the manager had promised more compensation! We paid in cash asked for our change which then took an addition 20 minutes to get! I understand the restaraunt business very well and even on a busy Saturday night there are ways to make your guest feel comfortable and taken care of. A simple "I'm sorry I'm a little busy if you all don't mind baring with me I will get you everything you need" would have gone a long way! However, we got a server who walked past our table more than 10 times without saying a word! WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING!

Wow Lynchburg, Im actually surprised they even took anything off the check. A long wait does not equate a free meal. That said I'm sorry you had a bad experience. What I usually do when I get ignored is get up and literally help myself to refills and if they approach me I just say "hey I thought it was self serve because we're not being helped" sure it's a bit passive aggressive but it works! Also when forced to wait I sometimes just change my mindset and tell my date "hey this is forcing us to spend more time together..let's just enjoy the atmosphere and relax and talk"

Red Lobster menu

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE bring back the Outer Banks Sampler. Dozens of online forums talk about it being their favorite. I used to eat there AT LEAST once a week, from the pick two menu I got the Sampler and fried shrimp. I ate there probably ten straight years. The servers didn't even give me a menu, they knew what I wanted. Why take away such a popular item? I eat at Red Lobster about twice a year now. Big mistake taking that away.

Red Lobster food

I went out to eat with my fiancé our three children and my mother. The lobster and steak my fiancé and I ordered was over cooked it was not seasoned my mother's shrimp scampi was watery the noodles were hard and over cooked. The waitress never asked for refills for our drinks, and only brought us one basket of the biscuits when I asked for more bad experience overall. This was on 8/10/18 around 5pm at the Red Lobster in Parma.

Red Lobster service

Upon entering the establishment we noticed it was no one at the hostess station. And it was extremely hot, after we was finally seated we ask the hostess if the air was on. She said that we had to wait 10 to 15 minutes more for that area. But right after she seated two couples in the suppose cooler area. I then went up and asked can we move. She said she would ask the waitress if she could take us over. The waitresses began to argue who got the last table. No one would move us so we left unhappy and hungry. I am very dissatisfied with this location and the lack of service

Red Lobster my husband and I dine in for lunch

I was very dissatisfied about this service my husband and I received there today! The waiter was very unfriendly had no knowledge of where the fish come from I wanted to know if the fish was from United States he went in the back and he came back and said he could not find out the information. The food was not very good the fish was very small like a child's plate, I realize it was lunch but it was a very small piece of fish the waiter was not friendly at all he seems like you didn't want to be a waiter he was not friendly he had no smiles . I go out to eat a lot and he was the most unfriendliest waiter that I've ever met .Lobster today for lunch. The waiter was not very friendly at all he didn't ask is there anything else I can get you one he blocked the food out it seems like he was in such a hurry to get away from the table he drop the food off it did not ask is there anything else I can get you or is everything okay yes he did come back later when the mill was almost done to ask that question which I feel that it should have been asked in the beginning . I had to actually get up a couple of times to go and find him so I can get a couple of things I asked for sour cream on my potatoes that was not put on there I just feel like the lunch was not good and I shouldn't have to pay for the bad service he did not ask my husband and I could I get something else for you he just drop the food off and hurried away like he was in a hurry he did not want to be there . I had to get up and go find him to get some things that I needed. Very bad service today..

Red Lobster temperature of restaurant

Visited the restaurant in Plano Tx. It was very cold in the restaurant, so cold my wife had to return to the car to get a jacket and this is in July. We noticed the people in the booth across from us also complained with no result. Said something to both the person at the desk and also the waiter. It was uncomfortable to people and food got cold faster. Sent this to Red Lobster before with not response as I expected from the company. Need to do better at followup.

Red Lobster service with hostess

I came into Red Lobster yesterday with my family of five and stood at the host stand for about five minutes until a young lady named Catalina approached us and asked "so how many of you are there" not sure if she caught what she was saying so we brushed it off. She told us it was going to be a fifteen minute wait and continued to seat parties of three and four before us. When I went up to ask her how much longer she told me to just wait and that she would come and get us when she was ready. At that point we were so angry at her attitude and facial expressions she was giving us. She eventually sat us thirty minutes later and my son tripped getting inside the booth and that young lady had the nerve to start laughing. I told her that it was not funny and she just gave us our silverware and walked away. No menus, no respect, and didn't even tell us who our server would be. We decided to leave and on our way out I asked if I could speak to a manager and she just responded saying he was too busy to help. We just left. I cannot believe how rude and disrespectful she was. We are regulars and love red lobster but we will not return if she's still there displaying the same disgusting attitude she gave us and others who were there.

Red Lobster staff

I worked for red lobster for 4 months did my job and left. didn't hang out party with the other emoyees as most did. I was cut early off floor one day a and a girl named Aubrey came up in my face yelling you know your not supposed to be cute before me. I told her I didn't make cuts management did. she proceed to get in my face and tell me ahe would kick my [censored]. so I went straight to management. I was so up set I was crying. well they preceded to tell me that they don't believe me but I'm not fired. she treathen me and should have been fired. But now that I'm gone the police surrounded the building to arrest the same girl who threaten me for possession of crystal meth. well Josh still didn't fired her. is this the type of employees you want there working. meth heads.jumping on other emoyees and police surrounding your restaurant. I'm sending this to all corporate to let them know what's going on in your stores. Gina poe [protected]

Red Lobster getting ripped off by the bartender..

Went to neighborhood Red Lobster in Largo Mall, FL. Again for the third time we were charged for the free reward from the Red Lobster app. Kind of sad that we have to keep an eye on the bill with the same person serving us. This time we left the restaurant after paying $20 tip when we found out we were charged for the free food app which amounted to $11.50. Went back to the restaurant where the manager refunded us $20 in cash. Bartender/server showed her true feelings. How can you go back when you know this employee is going to have a grudge against you? We were regulars - not any more. Watch out for the bartender Robin.

Red Lobster the service of a bartender

Walking to Red Lobster, went to the bar since I am waiting for a friend, Michale the woman Latina bartender, ignore me for a while, then I ask if I could order a drink, (when she could), she give me attitude, roll her eyes at me, I was the only person sitting at the bar, and she didn't say anything, all she did was walk away, Brock the manager at that night, didn't do anything about it, all what he did is offer a table, so I left the stablement up set. I work in the restaurant business for 20 years, serving and bartending, I would never treated someone one like that, you always approached someone with great attitude, smile and make eye contact, for being a corporate type of place the manager shouldn't have that allowed, I hope something gets done imidiatly, thank you

Red Lobster customer service & food

My husband & I visited Red Lobster on a Saturday around 4:00. We were told it would be about a 10 minute wait. After waiting 10 minutes, we were seated in the only open section in the restaurant. All the tables surrounding us were not cleaned & still not had been when we left. We ordered our food & after having to ask for biscuits, we were informed they were being made. We waited the allotted time for our food. My husbands broccoli was dry & yellow like it had been out a good while. We finished our meal & asked about the biscuits again. OUR WAITER informed us that he just finished putting them in the oven & it shouldn't be much longer. We finished our salads & horrible meal & asked for our bill before we got our biscuits. We eventually got the biscuits on the way out the door. Our meal was $50.00 not including the tip we left our undeserving waiter!

Red Lobster prices

Visited your Robinson Center RED LOBSTER in Pittsburgh today for lunch. First time in your restaurant for several years. Waitress was great and cordial, however, $31.00 (w/o tip) for two people to have 2 appretizers and 2 tea drinks is ridiculous! Flavored teas were watery and bland tasting. Ordered chicken finger/cheese stick combos. The 3 chicken pieces were two bite super small pieces. 6 cheese sticks were about 2" long. We feel your portions were not at all worth the money. We could have eaten elsewhere several times with much larger portions for the price...maybe that explains the empty parking lot at 12 lunch hour? We definitely won't return to Red Lobster.

Red Lobster the food and service was very disappointing.

My hubby and I went there to celebrate his birthday. We went after lunch but before dinner. The restaurant was not that busy. The server had an attitude the whole meal like we were interrupting her day. ..she got our beverages and liked slammed them down almost spilling my tea on me. Then said oops, it must have slipped. And then walked away. I had to flag her down to place an apptizer order that she didn't ask for. We ordered 1 doz oysters and the stuffed mushrooms. Guess the cook didn't know how to shuck them because there was pieces of shell throughout whole dozen...and had an odd taste...the mushrooms were fine. We told the server about the oysters and she said there was nothing that could be done that's the way they come. ..I'm guessing that she meant they come shucked already...so we order dinner. I ordered from the crabfest choices. My crablegs was so overcooked they wouldn't come out of shells...and my crab Alfredo pasta had hardly any crab in it and noodles overcooked. My hubby order the talapia...it was raw on parts of it and not hot but room temp...fair to say we was really unhappy and the server could care less. We spent almost 90.00 and was still hungry due to our food being disgusting . This had to be the worst experience we have ever had there ...so as we get ready to pay and ask for a manager she tells us that there is no manager here right now. ..I never did see a manager out in floor the whole time we were dining. So I don't know for sure or she just didn't want to cooperate. ...she asked me, "if the food was so bad why did you stay"you did eat some of it...and smiled sacastically. ..I don't remember her name, she had light brown hair and small figure...we went on Aug. 3 and paid cash...this was the South county mo. Located on South lindergh.

Red Lobster recent visit

we ate at the Red Lobster on noland rdfriday 8/3. we had a late lunch early supper. we arrived about 220 pm. we were put on a seating wait list. i asked about being seated in the bar since i saw empty booths there. i was told no we would be seated when they could. we had our 94 year old aunt with us . we waited on the bench 10 minutes. when seated there were 12 unbussed tables and 3 or 4 empty ones. why?
we ordered an admiral platter. catfish platter a d shrimp scampi platter. i ordered cole slaw. it was brown and dry. terrible. i asked to replace cole slaw with salad, which waitress did. your prices have increased and your quality decreased. c ole slaw is a staple for fish. yours should stand out and be exceptional not brown and dry. i know this will probably not even be read but we are retired and enjoy eating out. this was certainly not enjoyable. pat and kathy heflin

Red Lobster crab stuffed shrimp

The crab stuffing was runny..and inedible. I was nauseated by the looks of it. The service was good and the people were very friendly. I have never been so disappointed in a restaurant before in my life. For food that is so expensive I would expect it to be cooked. The shrimp was overcooked as well, I am still in shock. I don't mean to be rude or anything but this was awful.

Red Lobster red lobster lufkin tx

My Family of four stopped at 2pm at the red lobster in Lufkin TX. After first entering no one was up front so we waited at the podium until 2:08pm when finally the hostess came around corner. She took us to our booth in busy section of main dinning area. We looked at our menus and waited for our waiter or waitress. Then we waited and waited some more. No one ever even came to take our drink order. Well at 2:25pm we decided we should just leave. We are at Buffalo Wild Wings now. Thanks for the non existent service Lufkin Redlobster!

Red Lobster service, food, experience

I am contacting you in regards to my resent visit at your location in Chicago on Palaski Ave. I haven't been to red lobster in a good 5years so I decided to take my girlfriend out for a nice dinner. The whole night was just a disappointment. First off when we were waiting to be seated we witnessed 3 couples get seated before us, than when we did get seated it took a while for someone to come take our order. The manager who took our order didn't put the order in right either cause when the food came half the things we ordered were missing. And may I add my girlfriends salad was filled with hairs, not just one hair multiple hairs. I than went to eat my crab legs and there was no meat in them, for the amount of money I was paying for those crab legs I got barley anything out of them. I let the waitress know about the issues we were having. Once I got the check and I saw the price I was going to pay I couldn't believe that nothing was said or fix on our check. So I asked to speak to a manager. The manager who came to speak to me her name was Roxie. Extremely rude and unhelpful. I explained to her my whole disappointment and experience that had happened since walking into her location and her response to me was what would I like her to do to fix it or make me happy and wanting to come back because I told her I will not be coming back to red lobster ever again after this. I am a manger myself and never once do I ask a customer what should I do as a manger for them, as a manager I know what I should do and solve the situation all she offered was to give me more crab legs. Didn't care that there was hair in our food or that I was highly upset, giving me more food that I didn't enjoy is not going to fix anything. Her attitude just showed she didn't care and I was left spending over $100 dollars and leaving very upset and dissatisfied. That whole experience really ruined my outlook on red lobster.

Sounds to me like you were trying to scam Red Lobster for free food with a bunch of made up crap. I'm glad the manager (NOT manger) didn't fall for it. Grow up and pay for what you order like everyone else has to.

Red Lobster food and service I am complaining about

I visit Red lobster located at Gateway mall with my family and we were utterly we were disappointed with the service and the food. We requested a high table since we had a toddler when we first entered Red lobster, as we were seated the hostess told us she couldn't find any . We asked 20 min later and she answered very rude and said the child should just sit with us. Then our waitress came, she never introduced herself. We placed our order almost an hr later we got our food. It was cold and dry. I pulled the manager aside to explain this to him and he just walked away after. We did not enjoy our food or experience.

Red Lobster the quality of food

Normally i dont complain but since I have never experienced something as bad as this from Red Lobster, i felt it was my duty to bring it to your attention. Friday i order 2 shrimp combos and added on lobster. This is one of our favorites. The shrimp were spoild. My husband and i have both been sick all weekend. The serive was nice but the food totally ruined our weekend. My husband had to miss his saturday morning shift. Also the to go plates where messy and the lids didn't work so things were spilled. Again we enjpy Red Lobster about once a week but this experience has left more than a bad taste in our mouth

Red Lobster worst customer service known to man!!!

I got a text message earlier today about a free lobster pizza when you make a purchase of two adult entrees. I hot online and ordered an Ultimate feast and the new stuffed shrimp and salmon.

First... My coupon wouldn't take.
Second... My order wouldn't go through online. so I had to call the restaurant.

I called the location on 296 N University Dr, Pembroke Pines, FL 33024 and explained what happened. I was told to hold while the person went ask a manager what they could do for me.

I was kept on hold for over thirty minutes when someone else came on the line that didn't know what was going on. I explained again what happened and this person said they would get a manager. they waited a few minutes then hung up.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at Red Lobster. I no longer want anymore texts from your restaurant and will no longer be a customer. The service is no longer what it used to be and your online service is CRAP!
