On July 26, 2025 we had a birthday celebration at your Red Lobster location at 3420 E. Kimberly Rd, Davenport, IA 52807. The waitress was very rude and unprofessional. It took 15-20 min before we even received service. when she finally took our orders she didn't bring me the water I asked for. She goes back to get it. When she finally took our orders she brought everyone appetizers but mine. So once again I asked where is my appetizer, in a nasty rude tone she replied your mushrooms doesn't come out at the same time as the other ones and when they get finished I will bring them to you. Now here comes the food, everyone orders are all messed up. I tell her this is not what I ordered she snapped again what's wrong now in a nasty rude tone. Now here comes the bill so of course it all wrong as well. I then asked her for a manager, her reply was don't worry trust and believe one is already on the way. I'm like wow we get the attitude because you made a mistake. This just totally spoiled our celebration. I can't believe your establishment would allow someone to wait on tables with such nasty disposition. I lost my appetite and end up bringing my meal home. So upsetting and it wasn't even called for. I don't know when or if I'll ever go back especially if that's the treatment I will receive.

My sister and I went to the Red Lobster in North Lakeland. I had heard management underwent a reorganization in the whole chain. I hadn't been to a Red Lobster in many years, due to the exorbitant prices and the small portions. Well, we walked in for lunch and there was no greeter/hostess. We called out loudly several times and a worker/server came from the other side of the restaurant. She said she was taking a test and she thought there were other staff responsible for this task, but that was, obviously,
not communicated to the other staff members. The lunch menu was very limited and the prices were still high. We decided on an entree and an appetizer, so we could share think that the portions would be more that enough for the price. Our server brought our drinks and took our order, but then we waited a long time for the food to come. The appetizer has not even warm (stuffed mushrooms) and the presentation of the entree was not appetizing, at all (seaside shrimp trio). We were not impressed with the food or the portions compared to the cost. This was a huge disappointment. We will not be returning to Red Lobster since the management has not changed with the reorganization. The bankruptcy filed, which prompted the closing of many locations, has not improved this restaurant chain. VERY DISAPPOINTING
