I had never been to RC Willey before and loved the large showroom. The sales person Cyrus was very helpful and found us the exact couch I was looking for SKU #[protected]. It even had options of different fabric colors for an extra charge. I placed my order on 09/20/25 for a special order due to the fabric option and was told it would take around 8 weeks. Fortunately, the sofa set was ready sooner than anticipated and arrived on 10/22/25. When it was delivered and placed in my family room I was completely shocked. It was not even the color that I ordered. I immediately called my sales person Cyrus and informed him what happened. I was told he would look into it and let me know. First though I had to send him pictures of the wrong color, and then drive down to the store with a throw pillow to prove the color was not right. It turned out that the factory where it was produced changed their color dye lot without notifying the vendor or RC Willey. I then had to schedule a date to have the sofa set returned, before I could even get my money back. At no time did a store manager or customer service call to offer an apology or try to rectify the situation. Therefore, I am not certain if RC Willey is right for me. After reading other customer complaints it appears that RC Willey is lacking.
Desired outcome: This is not a normal outcome and should be treated as such. I was highly inconvenienced. I'd at least like an apology or an acknowledgement from RC Willey.
