We were very unsatisfied with the delivery service we received from Raymour & Flanigan. We ordered over $5, 000 worth of furniture from them. The salesman who sold us the furniture was great but the service after we purchased the items and left the store was not. Our original delivery came with a broken desk and minus one item. Our wall was damaged when the men were moving in the furniture. When I called to ask about the broken desk and report the damage to our wall the sales rep was not very professional and had an attitude with me the customer. There were many more issues with this whole process and we were dissatisfied overall. We will stick to our local furniture store in the future. Much more professional service and no delivery charges.
