I bought a big ol' sectional from Sofas & Sectionals and even got the extended warranty, just in case. But let me tell ya, that warranty ain't worth a lick of spit. My sofa got ruined and when I tried to get some help from customer service, they were about as useful as a screen door on a submarine. And to top it all off, the dang springs busted after only 2 years. What a waste of money.
