Checkers & Rally's review: customer service

Well first things first the line is almost always long but when I finally got to order I ordered first they did not repeat my order to me or give me the total. Get to the window and they did NOT put one of the items on my order so when I asked for it to be put one my order the manager who has a pretty nasty attitude states " ma'am you can't add anything to your order you food is already made!" My response Oh Wow! The cashier did not apologize for her error instead made it seem like it was mine! I think I wont be back. They're customer service is HORRIBLE! they seem to always have nasty attitudes there my youngest son loves the food but sorry you wont get my patronage any longer. ?
