In 2014, anticipating that I would be retiring in the near future, I purchased a 2015 Buick Verano. This automobile has been dependable, and I felt certain this would be my last automobile purchase. I am a 74-year-old widow. I retired in 2017.

On January 14, 2021 I purchased a full tank of gasoline from your Newnan, Georgia station, located at 1 Amlajack Blvd. The gasoline was flowing from the pump much slower than normal. On January 29, 2021 my check engine light came on. I took my car to the Buick dealership, which services my car on a regular basis, resulting in charges of $941.45. A few days later, the check engine light came on again, and I returned my car to the Buick dealership, resulting in charges of $429.85. It was determined that all the damages were related to having received bad fuel from your station. I have retained all receipts.

Since my birthday is in March, and it was determined that my car would not pass an emissions inspection in order to obtain a tag renewal, I had no choice but to purchase another vehicle.

Living on a fixed income, this presents a financial hardship; consequently, I feel that your company owes me monetary compensation. Should you choose not to consider my request, I will make my situation known to Clarke Howard, Consumer Advocate.

Went to buy a lotto ticket they had some printed oud one was for 40.00 for whole month I bought it on the january 2 2021 then I look at ticket and it started on the january 01 2021 this ticket is not face value because today is january 2 2021 so they gave me my money back, I ask for a pen they did not have, a men gave me a pen went to his car, mark my ticket for one month and told them you can not sell that ticket you have it not face value they would not sell me lotto ticket and kick me out in front of a lot of people they were shaking their head? On December 7, I filled my Toyota Avalon RaceTrac #2328 in Sarasota, Florida as I have many times. A day later, my check engine light went on. I took my car to the dealership where it was discovered that the gas had too much ethanol. It cost me more than $700.00 to fix. I feel you should take responsibility for this.

I have paperwork from the Toyota dealership and my debit card receipt as evidence.

There are 3 racetrack stations in our town and same problem at all three. When there are a lot of customers in store there will maybe be one cashier at counter - with 3 registers. Other employees will see that there is a long line to pay and basically ignore . Today, for example, long line, one employee at counter, one employee re arranging the roller grill dogs and other one re arranging potato chips. After few mins the one person at register had to call other employees to help at register. Obviously, the other 2 employees saw the line but did not want to help. Poor management - very inconvenient . Should not take 10 mins to get cup of coffee - thank goodness they building a QT next door.

On 9/11/20, I entered into RaceTrack in Stuart, Fla to get some coffee. When the cashier had me to pay for the coffee even though at other times it was given free due to essential workers. I asked her why and she told me that it's according to what manager is on duty. I need some clarification on if coffee is still being providing to essential workers. Thank you Janice

Me and my partner (we wearing masks) we're in line today at a nice new racetrac when we were line, I decided to get my friends son some yogurt bc I seen the topping were full and plentiful and the machine were on. So I went on to make one, when this women which I have no idea where she came from, it's as if she was waiting on me. Came and grabbed my hand, she did have to because it was a small cup. And said no more yogurt tonight..."go on"!

I wasn't worried about because I know what it's like to have a long day i'm assuming that was the end of her shift maybe. But when we got to the counter the woman said sorry I can't check you out because you don't have exact change I told her no problem keep the change is that because of the covid, and not wanting to touch my hands? She said yes that's exactly why. I told her what happened and she told me to call management. So inhope this gets to you. Or anyone who can help me if I get sick.

I phoned their customer service department to obtain my final balance so that I could close the account. I had to phone in twice because the first rep placed me on hold for 15 minutes... I hung up phoned back and got another rep I explained my dilemma and was told I had the wrong department. I was then transferred to AR and once again explained why I was calling. The rep then say (well I cant help you with that you need to phone customer service), when I asked to speak with a supervisor the gentleman was upset and rude the next voice I heard was a supervisor. This was worse than calling the IRS and the rudeness increased every time I spoke with someone new. This place is awful not to mention their penalty fees for late payments it's over $160. If you don't pay the entire bill at the end of the month.
