Today September 19th at 1:00 pm I went to the racetrac in Baton Rouge in Essen street. I went to use the bathroom and two of three toilets were filled with waste and unable to be used. It was actually disgusting.

As well as I couldn't purchase a drink because they were refusing cash transactions.

I made words with both workers, one who was behind the cash counter and the other who was in standing at the counter side eating chips. I then watched them sit and talk for another 5 minutes before I left the location

I am referring to the RaceTrac in Baton Rouge, This is very disrespectful. I do not know the exact address but it's on the corner of Sherwood and Coursey. On Saturday September 4, 2021, my family and I stopped for refreshments and to get other items. We had just experienced the horrible Hurricane Ida and had been helping neighbors out with major damages. As we drove up to this location, there was an associate or whatever you all refer to them as out by the night drop. As we got out of our vehicle, he raced to the door, went inside, and locked it. If you all were closed he could have told us.( And it was'nt)We never noticed when he locked it but he saw my family and another vehicle driving up. As I pulled on the door, it was a shocked to me that he did this. He rushed to the back where we cannot see him and there were not sign on the door indicating that we are closed or be back in 15. Please teach your people what's wrong and what's right. This is very disrespectful. We rode on down to the Racetrac on Sherwood where we received very friendly service. This occured around 3:00 PM that evening.

I went to my local race trac in Palm Coast FL. Store 310. There was a sign on the door that the store was short staffed and to go to the window for purchases. I stood outside that window for 15 minutes knocking on the window and honking my horn. No o e even came out to the front of the store. All the lights were on and the only other vehicle I could see was parked at a gas pump. The vehicle was there when I pulled in and when I left 15 min. Later. No one was anywhere near this vehicle so I have to assume they were Inside. Employee or someone else I don't know. This is not the first time for this issue. Someone is in the store getting paid by the company and they don't even come out to the front of the store. No one to be seen inside anywhere. Knocking on glass, yelling in the speaker, honking the horn. This is horrible business and unfair to paying customers.

In the last week, 2 people, my wife and a co worker has become sick and throwing up after eating foods served at 2 different stores in Hiram. Please contact the stores and inform! Thanks

We're not helping to resolve the problem
Of gas pump not giving full amount paid for in cash.dont know if they were scaming the system. But we got shorted on what we paid for with no resolution.

Went went to 2 race track tonight they looked at me like I was stupid when I know it's it says on the window on the sign when they're cleaning no one can come in but you can order what you want for the window not when they won't look at you or look at you and then look away and walk away I will never go there again never lost my business for life so I don't give a f*** what y'all do

I pulled into pump 6 and went inside to prepay. Went to pump the gas and the pump handle was broke. I went back inside and was told they could refund the money and re run it for pump 10. I said that was fine, but when I went out to pump 10, there was a bag over the nozzle, indicating it was out of service. I go back in, and the guy apologized and said I'll move you to pump 5. I go to pump 5, and IT had an out of service bag over the nozzle. I asked for a refund, and all I was told was ok it's in your card. No further apology for wasting my time. I was on my way to work, or I would of put up more of a stink.
Horrible customer service! I'll never go there again!

April 20, 2021 about 2pm, I shop at Racetrac on 24 ave and 119 st, Miami Florida 33167, I shop their at least 6 times a week, sometimes twice a day, yesterday day I went in for a cases of soda I went to the register payed for it my purchase, I noticed the case of soda was damage I went to change ad your manager a female, was in the isle making sweet's with another female, the manager shouts, , what you're probably, I said the case is damage, probably you should return it to distribution a get credit for it in stead of being rude, she started cursing me, a wanted to pick a fight, , the another employee came from the back, a gay male bout 6'3 he, s coming at me saying things like he will f**k me up, him an the gay manager coming like the wanna jump me, know I am a Black guy my self although I would have defeated them easley, the cashier was Sweet, Now my problem is this store is around the corner, I shop at that Racetrac and anyone I see when I buy gas, I am an over the road driver, but now I can't go too the one around the corner, , that was a bad experience, what can be done about that, well I guess that I have to get Racetrac a new lool

I come into this location all the time and never have any issues. Today I was very much disrespected by an employee named Devin. While asking for my items he completely ignores me while having headphones in, scrolling on his phone. He then proceeds to roll his eyes at me. I then ask nicely if he heard me and he tells me "yes, I'm not deaf". I will not be shopping with racetrac anymore. This customer service is dissatisfying and uncalled for. I enjoyed shopping here and it's right down the street from my house, sadly some of the people they hire do not understand how to have respect for one another! Shame on you!
