My fiancé is an employee at racetrac on highway 211 in Georgia and he is being held responsible for things above his pay grade. He is also being forced to work overtime to pick up slack because other employees refuse to do the work and also because the general manager shows up late to his shift, about every morning. My fiancé has also been the only night shift employee for almost 4 months at this store besides the night shift manager he works with, the general manager refuses to hire more 3rd shift employees even when he has been asked because 3rd shift is being over worked because of the workload they are having to pick up from 2nd shift not correctly doing their jobs. There has been multiple complaints to the general manager by the 3rd shift employees but never does anything to resolve the problems.
Desired outcome: A change
