Hello I was at race track on power springs road and was charged twice $20 for my gas . I was told I was getting a refund and never got it and I've been getting run around since I just want back my extra $20 or $20 worth of gas I have my receipt and manager named Orlando suppose to be taking care of situation to no avail please help. I have both my receipt from my card statement and from day I got gas

There appears to be growing issue with the receipts being dispensed at the pumps. The whole purpose of the paper receipt is so that the customer can get in and out with no delays.
After talking to a lot of people on social media, this is the explanation we have come up with:
Gas prices are all over the board. You take advantage of the public nationwide.
Over the past few years I have noticed that more and more stations do not issue receipts at the pump, but tell you to 'see cashier'.
This is not about the cost of paper, but yet another marketing gimmick to get you in their store for impulse purchases.
You are not the only company doing this, so don't think I am singling you out.
My advice to people is to shop around, and see if you can find a company that is consistent about keeping the receipt paper at the pumps.
