NO way to contact century link! "Chat" does not open, no email address provided and calling is a joke, and not an english language joke. Now attempting to rip me off by charging a $16 late fee when my payment was delivered 3 days early, posted by CenturyLink on the due date. It makes one think that they hope for customers to not actually LOOK at their bill and just pay it. CenturyLink has been trying for YEARS to get long time customers to cancel our land line plus internet, rate locked package by overcharging, rendomly shutting down our internet, and sometimes turning off the phone line. The only people @ Century Link that are helpful are the technicians who come to the house [to find out,always, that the problem is CenturyLink's lines or other equipment for which THEY are responsible to maintain. We dont support litigation in general but it looks like time to get a class action against CenturyStink. ps not only the CHAT link doesn't function, the Cancel Service link doesn't open either.
Recommendation: find a different carrier
