TPG au Terrible Experience with TPG: Unreliable Service and Poor Support

TPG is a company that I would not recommend to anyone. I had a terrible experience with them when I signed up for their phone service. Unfortunately, after four weeks, I still couldn't get reliable phone service, neither mobile nor landline. I had to contact them daily, spending hours on the phone and emailing them, but they couldn't resolve the technical issues. I even filed a complaint, but still, no full phone service was provided.

The worst part was that they kept passing me around from department to department, and no one could help me. I was so frustrated that I decided to close my account. However, TPG continued to take money from my credit card, and it took many, many emails to get them to offer a refund. They said that the refund would take 7-10 working days, but I am still waiting for it.

When I asked if TPG would take further funds without my permission, the TPG complaints officer ignored my emails. It was very frustrating because I had already had a terrible experience with them, and now they were ignoring my emails. They said that I had 'some service on some days,' but that was not enough for me.

Another issue that I had with TPG was that their staff didn't have a good command of English, and they were in foreign countries. It was challenging to communicate with them, and they didn't seem to care about their customers. It was the worst customer service that I could imagine.

If you want to support companies employing Aussies, stay away from TPG. They provide unreliable service and very poor support. My experience with TPG was dreadful, and I would rate them 0/10.

TPG au Frustrating Experience with TPG App and Customer Service: A Review

The TPG app is a bit of a letdown, to be honest. I've had to delete and reinstall it three times now, and even then, it still doesn't work properly. Whenever I try to check my usage, I have to enter a six-digit pin, even though I've already put in my username and password. It's frustrating, especially when I just want to quickly see how much data I have left.

To make matters worse, my internet went down recently, and I had no way of contacting TPG to find out what was going on. It took a full 24 hours for my internet to come back on, and when it did, I discovered that I had almost used up all of my data. I immediately called TPG, but the person who answered the phone had a crying baby in the background and kept putting me on hold. After 30 minutes, she just hung up on me, which was incredibly rude.

I called back and spoke to a "supervisor" who was even ruder than the first person I spoke to. He kept telling me that he could see by my date of birth that I had been with TPG for a long time, which didn't make any sense to me. After two more hours on the phone, he finally agreed to give me an extra 2GB of data and waive the $10 charge. However, three weeks later, the charge still hadn't been waived, so I had to call TPG yet again.

To be fair, the customer service representative I spoke to that time was very nice and promised that the $10 would be refunded within seven working days. I'm not holding my breath, though. All in all, my experience with TPG has been pretty frustrating, and I'm not sure I would recommend them to anyone.

TPG au Nightmare Experience with TPG: Non-Existent Internet and Terrible Customer Service

I gotta say, my experience with TPG has been a complete nightmare. I signed up for their internet service and paid my hard-earned money, but guess what? No internet connection! I've been calling them every single day for a whole week and all they do is apologize and transfer me to someone else. And then I'm stuck on hold for hours on end, only to have the call dropped or the process start all over again. It's been a real pain in the butt, let me tell you.

I've had to take time off work and drive back and forth from home multiple times a day, all for nothing. I've done troubleshooting over the phone so many times, but nothing seems to work. I even requested a technician to come over and fix the issue, but nope, nothing happened. All I get are empty promises and endless transfers back and forth.

I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but this experience has been so frustrating that I just had to share. If you value your sanity, I highly recommend staying far away from TPG. Their customer service is a complete joke and their internet service is non-existent. Save yourself the headache and go with a different provider.

TPG au Disappointing Experience with TPG's Customer Service: A Review

I recently had an experience with TPG that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had requested a relocation of my NBN connection, but unfortunately, TPG connected the service to the wrong address. This mistake caused a lot of problems for my online business, and I was forced to speak to a total of 39 customer service representatives in an attempt to resolve the issue.

Unfortunately, my experience with TPG's customer service was not a positive one. I was constantly being disconnected and routed to the wrong department, and I was forced to endure long wait times on hold while listening to their mind-numbing hold music. After weeks of trying to resolve the issue, I finally gave up and requested that my account be cancelled.

Despite my frustration, TPG's customer service representatives continued to ask me why I wanted to cancel my account. They suggested that I speak to their retention department, but I had already tried that and no one seemed to be listening to my concerns. I was left feeling like TPG didn't care about my business or my needs as a customer.

To make matters worse, TPG continued to debit my credit card even after I had cancelled all of my services with them. I had to make yet another call to TPG to request a refund, and I am still waiting for that refund to be processed.

Overall, my experience with TPG was a disappointing one. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I was frustrated by the lack of communication and support from their customer service team. I hope that TPG can improve their processes and provide better support to their customers in the future.

TPG au TPG's NBN Service: A Disappointing Experience with No Alternative Options

I had a pretty rough experience with TPG and their NBN service. My wife and I work from home, so when we were left without internet for over a week and had three failed NBN inspections, we had no choice but to cancel our contract with TPG. It was seriously impacting our ability to work and we couldn't afford to wait any longer for a solution.

To make matters worse, TPG didn't offer any 4G or 5G alternatives, leaving us with no other options. It wasn't until we made it clear that we were serious about cancelling that they offered a provisional 4G alternative. However, we still had to wait another week for it to be authorised by management.

Throughout the whole ordeal, TPG didn't seem to care about how the disruption was affecting us. They never offered any quick solutions or compensation for the expensive mobile data we had to purchase to make up for the lost internet connection. All they seemed to care about was the hefty cancellation fee they charged us.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend TPG to anyone. If you're looking for NBN service, I'd suggest going with Optus instead. They offer a full 4G backup in case the NBN fails, so you won't be left without internet like we were. Good riddance, TPG.

TPG au TPG Internet Review: Poor Customer Service and Communication

So, we moved into our new home and decided to get our internet connection from TPG. They sent us the modem and said we were ready to get connected online. We tried every port in the house, every terminal on the modem, but NO INTERNET. We contacted them and they said from their end, we should have internet and made us waste several hours with unnecessary troubleshooting. Finally, they booked in a technician to come down and check the lines. It took 2 weeks, but finally, we had our internet back up and running.

However, what happened next was completely absurd. Our connections were disconnected out of the blue. We contacted TPG to find out why they cut the connection, and it was because of our last conversation with them. We told them that if they couldn't send a technician out to fix our internet issue, they should cancel it. They sent the technician as mentioned before, he fixed it, and then they canceled it. How stupid can a company be?

We waited 3 weeks for reconnection, and the same thing happened. The internet was showing from their end, but we had nothing on our end. We went through the whole process again, arguing with customer support, troubleshooting, double charges, getting a technician out, and finally getting our internet back. Such a complete waste of time this was.

It's frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't seem to care about their customers. We understand that things can go wrong, but the lack of communication and the unnecessary troubleshooting made the situation worse. We hope that TPG can improve their customer service and communication in the future.

TPG au TPG's NBN Service is Reliable, but Beware of Data Usage Logging Issues

I've been with TPG for a real long time, like over 12 years now. I've been using their nbn service and it's been pretty good. I haven't had any problems with their customer service or the speed of my internet. Recently, I switched to a data limited account with 100 gigs and 50/50 off/on peak because I'm the only one using it. After two weeks, I wanted to check my data usage but I couldn't log in to my account even though I had logged in before to change my account. So, I called tech support and they told me to send all sorts of private information by email to ***@tpgtelecom.com, unencrypted of course. They even wanted me to send a copy of my drivers license with me holding it! I refused and told them that I just wanted to know what my on peak/off peak usage was. They told me that I had used 33 gigs on peak and zero off peak. This didn't sound right to me because I do most of my streaming off peak. So, I finally got access to my account usage details somehow and found out that nothing was being logged off peak, everything was being put on peak. I even turned off my modem during on peak hours and used mobile data instead. I called and complained and they told me that I must have been hacked. I told them that my modem was switched off and that they needed to fix this or I would go to the ombudsman because this is fraud. I found out that others had the same problem 4 years ago on the TPG community. It looks like they fixed it but I'm still checking frequently.

TPG au Nightmare Customer Service Experience with TPG: A 7-Hour Phone Call and No Resolution

I've been with TPG for a good 7 years now, and I have to say that my recent experience with their customer service was a complete nightmare. I had to reach out to them for help with an issue, and it turned out to be the worst customer service experience I've ever had.

I spent over 7 hours on the phone with more than 20 different people, and had to repeat my story to each and every one of them. It was frustrating and time-consuming, and at the end of it all, I still didn't get the help I needed. I even sent multiple emails explaining my problem, but never received a response.

Eventually, I decided to close my account and switch to another provider. But to my surprise, TPG didn't close my account. Instead, they kept calling me to try and persuade me to stay with them. Meanwhile, I had two active accounts at the same property, and they were sending me invoices for both of them and charging me accordingly.

One of their representatives called me and offered me compensation, which I agreed to. But when he transferred me to the next person to help me with my account renewal, that person refused to honor the compensation. It was a complete mess, and I asked him to close my account, which he said he did. But I never received any confirmation email.

Even on a public holiday like Anzac day, they called me to try and convince me to stay with them. It was clear that they had no respect for my decision to leave, even though I had politely explained my reasons to them.

After 7 years with TPG, I expected better customer service and more support. But unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I would never go back to TPG, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

TPG au Avoid TPG at all costs: Terrible customer service and unreliable internet connection

This company is the absolute worst when it comes to customer service. I'm not even exaggerating. The internet connection is weak and unreliable, but that's not even the worst part. The customer service team is completely useless. They don't have the knowledge or skills to understand customer issues, which means they can't resolve them either. It's a complete mess.

I've been without internet and home phone for two weeks now because the staff didn't release the NBN port and home phone to Telstra as I requested. They even reconnected my TPG service without my authorization and debited my account. Even though they claim to have reconnected the internet and telephone, it's still not working. I couldn't get anything resolved via the customer service team for 10 days, so I escalated to the complaints team. But they were even worse. The staff member insisted that my internet and home phone were connected when I kept telling her they weren't. I even told her that there was no dial tone on the home phone and that I couldn't connect from my mobile, but she completely gaslighted me and said that from her end, everything was connected. It was a complete nightmare.

The staff didn't even attempt any sort of troubleshooting. They would put me on hold for ages and then come back and say they'd fix things, but they never did. Instead, they did the complete opposite of what I asked for, which was to release the port and home phone to Telstra. It was so frustrating that I lost my cool. I've now lodged a complaint with the Ombudsman and refuse to speak with TPG customer service staff ever again. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid TPG at all costs.

As another reviewer said, "they don't even deserve one star". It's a complete disaster.

TPG au Frustrating Experience with TPG AU: Poor Customer Service and Disconnected Internet Service

I recently had an experience with TPG au that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. On March 10th, I called the service to inform them that I was moving home. The lady on the other end of the line took some time to process my request and assured me that my internet service would be transferred to my new location. However, on the same night, my internet was disconnected at my old address, leaving me without any service.

The next day, I moved my modem to my new location and connected it, but there was still no internet service. I called the service provider again, and they told me that the issue would be resolved by the next day. However, when I called them on March 12th, I was told that there was no internet service at my new location. I explained that my colleague had the service before me in the same house, but the person on the phone was not helpful. Eventually, I was able to speak to someone from the engineering department who promised to send a technician to fix the issue on March 14th.

On March 13th, I received a text message stating that the technician would be going to my old address, which left me confused and frustrated. When I called the service provider, the first two ladies I spoke to tried to blame me for not putting in a request, but I explained that I had already done so. The next person I spoke to, Janice or Jane, lectured me about the "process" and told me that my service request had never gone through. I was upset and told her that I just wanted my internet service, but she kept repeating the same thing about the process. Eventually, she put in an "urgent request" and transferred me to another department in Engineering.

I spoke to Rina, who was helpful, but the issue still wasn't resolved. She told me that my internet service should be up and running by March 14th. However, when I received a call from the technician on that day, he told me that he would be going to my old address. I was frustrated and told him to come to my new location, which I had already provided on the first call. I didn't hear anything for the rest of the day, so I called the service provider again. The person on the phone told me that my service request had never been put in place and offered me the options of moving to a new account or waiting an unspecified amount of time for the issue to be resolved. When I suggested canceling my account and finding another provider, he suddenly told me that my internet service would be fixed within the day.

It's worth noting that the house I'm living in had internet service from TPG before I moved in, so there shouldn't have been any issues. It's frustrating that TPG seems to play games with its customers and doesn't take their concerns seriously. Throughout this experience, I received multiple passcodes and had to deal with unhelpful customer service representatives. Overall, I'm disappointed with TPG's service and would not recommend them to others.

I totally agree with all the peeps who have had trouble getting their issues sorted with TPG. I've been lied to so many times about getting my refund escalated, but still no refund. This has happened four times already and it's getting on my nerves. It seems like TPG's way of doing business is to make things confusing and hard to understand. I've had to take things to the ombudsman to try and get some resolution. Honestly, this has been the most frustrating experience of my life.

TPG au Disappointing Customer Service: TPG AU Not Recommended

I been with Tpg for ages, but lately they been calling me every day with their telemarketing stuff. It's getting on my nerves, ya know? I asked them to change my number, but they said no can do. They said I could buy a new SIM card, but they don't even offer the same plan anymore. What kind of customer service is that? It's a real shame, they don't seem to care about us customers. I wouldn't recommend Tpg au to anyone.

TPG au TPG Review: A Nightmare Experience with Endless Waiting

I gotta say, TPG is a real piece of work. If you're looking to keep your head on straight and not lose your marbles, steer clear of these guys. They'll have you pulling your hair out in no time. I mean, I don't even know where to start with these clowns. All I can say is that I've been waiting for a modem since October 8th. That's right, you heard me. October 8th. And it's now the 28th and I'm still waiting. Can you believe it? I sure can't. But hey, I guess I'll just have to keep waiting. Who knows when I'll actually get this thing. But hey, at least I have something to look forward to, right?

TPG au Terrible Customer Service: My Frustrating Experience with TPG AU

I had a really bad experience with TPG au. I had to make 5 phone calls and listen to their on hold music for a total of 7 hours over 2 days. I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone. My problem still hasn't been solved and all I got was a promise that they would call me back on Monday morning. I lodged my installation problem at 2 pm on Friday and spent 4 hours on the phone on Saturday with no outcome. It's really frustrating that they are still happy to take my money without providing any services. I even sent several emails to ask for help, but they didn't help us at all. It's really disappointing and bad form from TPG.

TPG au Terrible Customer Service: My Disappointing Experience with TPG

I had a pretty bad experience with TPG recently. I asked for a refund for a router that I didn't need anymore, and a service member promised to cancel the order and process the refund into my bank account. However, a few days later, the router arrived at my doorstep. I was pretty annoyed and called TPG to ask what was going on. They recommended that I ship the router back to them, but I would have to pay for the shipping fee myself. They said that I would receive a refund, but who knows if that will actually happen.

I was really frustrated with TPG's customer service. They kept making excuses like "the communication system was having problems" and "the logistics was not notified." It just seemed like they didn't care about my situation at all.

Overall, I would not recommend TPG to anyone. Their customer service is utterly useless and careless. If you're looking for a reliable internet provider, I suggest looking elsewhere.

TPG au Disappointing Experience with TPG Prepaid SIM Activation Process

So, I recently got myself a TPG prepaid SIM and a new mobile number. But, unfortunately, I wasn't able to activate the services. I tried calling TPG on their customer service number, which is ***019, but the operator told me that they couldn't activate the SIM card. The reason being that I didn't have a mobile number to receive an SMS for activation. I was really disappointed with this response, and I also emailed TPG's helpdesk, but I didn't receive any response or solution.

I mean, come on, if a customer is trying to purchase their first mobile number or phone, obviously they wouldn't have an existing mobile number to receive an SMS to activate the new SIM card. It just doesn't make any sense to me.

I was really looking forward to using TPG's services, but this experience has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I hope they can improve their customer service and make it easier for new customers to activate their SIM cards.

TPG au Unpleasant Experience with TPG: Slow Internet and Poor Customer Support

TPG is a company that I have been with for two years now, and I must say that my experience with them has been quite unpleasant. The internet speed that I get on average is only 3.5mbs, and even when it is working, the speed is shockingly slow and congested. The worst part is that when I try to reach out to their customer support, I get no reply. It seems like they do not care about their customers at all.

The technicians and support staff are based in Manila, Philippines, and they are definitely useless. They will never tell you the truth about anything, and their behavior is like that of a mafia mob. It's either you take it or leave it. I have never experienced such poor service from an internet service provider before.

However, I recently switched to Tangerine Telecom, and I must say that I am now a happy customer. My internet speed is now over 52mbs, and I couldn't be happier. I have not had to contact them even once in the last six months, which is a stark contrast to my experience with TPG.

In conclusion, if you are looking for an internet service provider, I would not recommend TPG. Their service is terrible, and their customer support is non-existent. I would suggest that you look for other options like Tangerine Telecom, which provides excellent service and support.

TPG au Terrible Customer Support and Service from TPG in Perth: A Disappointing Experience

I recently ordered some SIM cards from TPG and activated them when they arrived in Perth. However, it's been three days since activation and I still can't use them. Every time I try to make a call, I get a message saying that call forwarding is active and there's no balance for international calls, even though I added international calling to my plan.

I've contacted customer support almost 30 times now, but every time I get through to someone, they can't seem to fix the problem. The call always drops off and I have to dial again and repeat the same story to another customer associate. It's frustrating because nobody seems to know exactly how to identify and fix the problem.

The staff at TPG are never efficient and I'm now going to try and get a full refund for their services. This is totally unacceptable and TPG needs to shut down their shop if they can't provide good service. What a shame! I would never recommend anyone to use TPG in Perth.

I'm going to ask for a full refund now and take my business elsewhere. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to using TPG's services, but their lack of customer support and inability to fix problems has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated.

TPG au AVOID TPG: Terrible Support, Account Cancellation without Consent, and Re-Connection Fee

I've been with TPG for over two years now and everything was going smoothly until I ran into an issue. Unfortunately, TPG's support team has been so terrible that it's been 10 days now and I still don't have an internet connection. To make matters worse, TPG cancelled or disabled my account without my consent. I've been calling and emailing them every day, but there has been no progress. I even spoke to their manager, but still no luck. They refuse to re-activate or create a new account until I pay the re-connection fee, which is like applying for a new connection.

I strongly advise you to AVOID TPG. While some people may claim that they're okay, once you have an issue like mine, it takes ages to get it resolved. Their support is terrible.

In hindsight, I should have read reviews before signing up with TPG. Reviews for TPG indicate that they have slow and terrible support. You can read them for yourself.

If you want to save yourself from disaster, AVOID TPG!

TPG au Unreliable Company with Terrible Customer Service and Possible Scammers

This company is not good at all, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Their customer service is really bad, and when you call them, you have to wait for a long time before someone answers. Sometimes they even cut your call, which is really frustrating. I think they might be scammers because they are holding onto my funds. I've been waiting for over two months to receive my tax return that the IRS sent to them to process. I've called them many times, but they keep sending me forms to fill out, and it takes a long time for them to process it. They told me it would take 2-3 days to process and 7-10 days until I get the funds, but it's been over a month since they received it, and I still haven't received my money. It's really frustrating because I need that money. I don't know why the IRS sent my funds to them, but I wish they hadn't. I would advise people not to use this company because they are not reliable.
