Old router (lasted nearly 8 years). To replace the old, they sent a used router out that they are discontinuing. It will not hold the username and passwords I set up. It works for an hour or two, then goes back to the factory default. IT IS MADDENING. They owe me for nearly 4 hours of wasted time trying to get this working over three days. Ugh. I work from home and have lost productivity. I can't get to a person. The system loops me through the Ai nonesense telling me that it solved my problem - but it has not actually listened to my problem. F OFF
