Disingenuous Pricing, Unhappy Longtime Customer
I bought this top 8/4/24 in the middle of the night. The price was about $39.00 plus shipping. Imagine my surprise when I checked to see when I would receive my new top and the price/charge was now $48.00! plus shipping! WOW! I called QVC. "Oh, you were watching QVC2 or QVC3, those are reruns. The regular price is the $48.00 PLUS SHIPPING." UMM? WOW! How am I supposed to know you don't get the price offered/advertised on those aired channels selling goods? I have shopped QVC FOR YEARS and this practice seems very shady and disingenuous. Rethinking QVC after all these years. I also checked and I DO NOT even get QVC 2 or QVC3 on my TV as I only get the cable limited package for a better Internet price! QVC should STOP advertising prices on TV that they will not honor. QVC should NOT be able to change the agreed price when you bought the item at their advertised price! IN fact they should not be able to air these shows at all in less they will honor the prices they are selling. How are they getting away will this?

I had it looked at physically and it is not the same stuff inside that is listed on the Voucher details. It was purchased Oct 2022, and it has a 'birth date' of August 2014 and expired warranty of September 2015. This has all the markings of a refurbished computer. That is not what it was sold as nor what I agreed to purchase.
I have attached copies of the computer info per HP and QVC. (They were attached - then they weren't. I keep getting ERROR: can't add to a temp file.) I do have files that show the computer as it should be and as it actually is.
I am very disappointed with QVC. I am a long-time customer and until this purchase I have never had a complaint.

Was told by rep this is no $80.00. This is not what was shown on screen.
And according to the TV screen, it states the price in the screen is what you pay. Susan Graver Pants
I returned order# 6979709713, all three Susan Graver pants. I retuned them. I received an email stating that they did receive my return but a glitch in the system returned them back to and for me return them back when I receive them back. Well, I never received them and they issued me a refund and how they want to charge me for them. I have no paperwork or email because once they issued a refund, I discarded all my paperwork. Please let me know if this can be resolved. If not, I will no longer purchase from QVC. It sounds like a scam.

Pegasus worktable and sawhorse
I purchased 2 Pegasus Worktable and Sawhorse that I thought were being sold through QVC on December 25 but I believe I got scammed. I have the add saved on Facebook and can email you a link to it so that you can see it and tell me if these people were linked to you or not. I would need a email address to send it to. Ps5 game console order number order #[protected], E318921
I attempt order a ps5 game console for my child for Christmas. My bank account was debited $156.00 with agreement to 5 easy payments. I got a confirmation email that my order was processing for shipping. I also paid extra shipping cost to receive item 1-2 days after Christmas. I received another email that said my order was canceled because I did not qualify for easy payment option. I am out the game and the money due to the holiday I may not get money back for 5- 10 days. This ruined Christmas for my son. Why not do the soft credit check before taking my money.

laminar Candels and Klingle express Reindeer
This my second complaint about these two items. The white Laminar candles some may work, the other will not. I never had a problem with these candles. I did not keep the return label. Can you send me one by mail. The Klingle Reindeer I purchase in the Christmas in July. It stays wrapped until Nov. the first when I began to decorate. The place where one of the dears, go is damaged. I might be able to keep then, If you give a discount. Only one deer will have antlers. If you will not give the discount I will, need a return label. Thank you.
QVC Customer Service
I recieved an email on Saturday 11-18-2023 that part of my order had been canceled.. I called the 1800 number and spoke to at representative at about 1 pm eastern time.. when I asked them why it was canceled I was told by the rep that I had called in and canceled it and I said I did no such thing.. She then said oh it’s in the process of being canceled for missed payments in the past.. I asked what these missed payments were and she said she couldn’t tell me that that I’d have to call the the collection agency and speak to them.. I said I want an it amazes bill from your company stating what I owe if I owe anything. She said that they couldn’t do that. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said that there wasn’t someone else I could speak to. I asked her why part of my order went through and the other part is being canceled. I said this just doesn’t make sense. She then said she wasn’t sure and that rarely does an item not get shipped when a cancellation happens mid process. I said these are Christmas presents so I need to know if they are coming or not and she said that there wasn’t a way for her to see if it was shipped or not.. because someone closed my account.. I said well who closed my account. She said you did when you called in to cancel the order.. She said that the note said that I canceled the order due to the games being too expensive.. I said 1st of all I didn’t call in and second you just said that you couldn’t see my account because it was closed and third the items that weren’t canceled are cost more than the 3 games combined so none of what you are saying makes sense. I asked again for a supervisor and was denied..I just finally hung up cause I was so mad.. So I still don’t know if I’m getting all of the order or not and I can’t check cause they closed the account yet I’m still getting promotional emails from them and they had no problem billing me for my order.
H450700 baby trend trooper 3 in 1 convertible car seat pink
On the QVC website the pink 3 in 1 seat showed a canopy, so I ordered it. My order form shows the seat with a canopy. I chatted with someone online and was told that it was a mistake and that I could send the car seat back and QVC would waive the return fee. I ordered 2 car seats in this order.
Since it was an error on QVC's part and it was misrepresented on the website, I would like to order another H439840 Baby Trend Cover Me 4 in 1 Convertible Car Seat in pink for the price of the 3 in 1. The price difference is $40. The 3 in 1 was $79.99 and the 4 in one was $119.99.
Desired outcome: I will be happy to return the 3 in 1 with the return shipping fee waived but when I order the other car seat, I think it should be at the same price.

you cancelled my account because i returned too much merchandise. you false advertise on television to buy merchandise , if not satisfied return it and then you penalize people by closing their accounts because they make returns. no phone number , just customer service , who say sorry cant help you, no one else you can talk to. no corporate phone number because qvc knows they are very wrong. going on every social media i can find and calling my lawyer monday morning

Serta mattress
Originally purchased Serta full mattress set however when it was delivered the men were not able to get the box spring upstairs due to low ceiling. They refused to take the box spring back and put the mattress on the bed and said to call QVC about returning box spring.I did as told, but had to call several times to get the box spring picked up and was told by QVC that the entire set had to be returned, meaning mattress and box spring as it is sold as a set and had to be returned as that. The same delivery team came back and took the entire set and left another mattress, no box spring ,as I was using the old one I had. When I looked the mattress over it appeared to me that someone else had this mattress and returned it. There was only one sticker on it with what looked like a return sticker placed on it. Also the mattress did not have the same smell that the first mattress had and the many stickers it also had. I called QVC and the same team came out again and took the used mattress back and gave me another. Now QVC states that the full set was not returned and I am being charged for that and the other mattress I received.

Easy Pay
I placed an order a few months ago using Easy Pay. Soon after that, I received email that said my credit card was invalid. I went into my account and paid. However, I kept receiving emails stating my credit card was invalid. I kept going into my account and paid. Today, I received an email from a collection agency. I contacted QVC. The representative told me he was sorry, but QVC has closed my account due to non-payment. I told him I have been trying to pay but there must be something wrong with their system because my credit cards are good. He said he was sorry but there was nothing he could do. This is going to affect my credit score. I will not make any more purchase from QVC.
Two samsung smart televisions
I cancelled an order for a 43 inch Samsung television two hours after ordering it on 07/04/2023. The system said order has been cancelled. But, two days later, the television was delivered to my home by UPS. Talked with customer service and was told to open box and get pre paid return label, which was a USPS label not UPS. I took it the Peterman, AL post office on 07/06/2023 and put it in the hands of the clerk, There is only one that work there. He accepted it.
Later that night I ordered a 50 inch Samsung Television, thinking I should give the brand a try. Did not like it and got the USPS pre paid return label from the
box and took it to the same post office on 07/21/2023.Same clerk. He help me take it out of the car. He took the package and scanned it. Thought I was done. But now QVC cannot track the packages. I made a copy of both pre paid return labels. After looking at the labels, I noticed that QVC printed a UPS ground tracking number which start with 1Z on the USPS pre paid parcel return svc label. USPS tracking always starts with a 9. Again , I have copies. After bringing this to QVC attention, they are now saying, I should have magically known to take it to UPS instead of the post office, even though UPS is no where on the label. it is clearly a USPS pre paid return label.
Desired outcome: I want QVC to credit my account for both items. They are billing in five payments. They will not admit their error..
Broken tree stand
We bought a tsv july 17th. I am having a surgery this Friday and my plans for recovery are not happening, I was planning on messing with ornaments for a few weeks because I cannont lift more than 10lbs. and am homebound. But I'm still waiting for a replacement trees stand for the 11ft. micro led tress, order number [protected], item # H428343. I called you and I've contacted Bethlehem Lights 3 times.

Refusing to refund for return
I ordered a JBL Sound Bar on 7/3/23 on Order# [protected] for $672.75. I received the package and my wife did not want me to keep it as she found the same product for $275.00. I called QVC and the CS agent told us we could return with the return tag that was on the package in the plastic pouch. We called again the next day, as we wanted to know if the amount listed at the top of the label was the cost for return shipping. We were told, yes, "the amount listed at the top of the Q Label is your return fee." We then gave the package to our postman to be returned with the QVC Label attached. A few days later we checked the return status on USPS tracking and the tracking number did not appear. We asked our postman what we should do, he said to visit his postal branch and inquire. They remembered the package as it was heavy and a strange shape. Nicole at this branch told us the package would not scan but that they put it in the QVC pick up bin for DHL to pick up. We have made 3 trips to the post office to try to get help and have made phone calls daily to both QVC and Paypal for help. Supervisor's promising to call back and nothing, They are not taking any responsibility for sending the incorrect label for return. Now the package has not been received as return and no refund of our $665 either. Terrible customer service! We are doing all the research and running around and QVC is doing nothing! We have now tried to reach out to Pitney Bowes, where DHL ships QVC's returns, still nothing. It took 12 phone calls to get an email address to send the photo of the incorrect label to, still nothing! I have attached a picture of the return label that clearly says USPS with a UPS Tracking number. We are just looking to get our money back. This is completely insane! They sent the wrong label, we gave it to the carrier printed clearly on the label and they act like we are to blame!

Serta bed
I ordered a bed from QVC. When the delivery was attempted, the delivery guy (Luis) advised me that the wrong bed was sent and it wouldn't fit up the staircase. He stated he could cancel it which I told him to go ahead and do. Luis cancelled it on his phone in front of me, confirmed it was cancelled and left my home.
I've been calling QVC regarding my refund of $232.98. I've been apologized too, empathized with and given the customer service run around. Supervisors won't help me either. I live ONLY on disability income and QVC has had my money for weeks now. I NEED my money back. QVC is telling me they have to wait until Serta confirms cancellation. The supervisor stated high priority was put on this but when I called this morning, they still haven't done anything about it. I have NO product, product was cancelled and QVC has my money. Something is VERY wrong with that.
I can call QVC and say I returned a less expensive item and I'm refunded with no proof of return. However, when expensive I have to wait WHY?
I'm begging you to please have someone refund my money to me immediately.
