Quest Diagnostics review: Very bad blood draw experience.. Painful and harsh

Client number 105700, Quest Diagnostic Labs, service date March 9, 2021 at Quest lab, 40 N. Kingshighway, St. Louis City. I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment. The waiting room was empty and no one was leaving or entering. After 15 minutes, a woman who had been walking back and forth for some time, opened the door, called my name scowling the whole time even though I tried to be cordial. She said very little. When she drew the blood, she stabbed, not jabbed the needle and wiggled it!. It was VERY uncomfortable and I winced. When she taped the site, she said "you're finished" and I left. I would have blown it off as maybe she was having a bad day, but the next day I had an ugly black patch on my arm that was about two inches in diameter! It still hurt! It is now March 22, now almost two weeks since the blood draw, and it is finally down to 1 inch in diameter and is purple. This has never happened to before in my life and I have had MANY blood tests! I will not be returning. I am also reporting it to the several doctors I used to discourage them from recommending that Quest site. Juli Niemann
