I've used Quest for years in different cities. I have never had a friendly phlebotomist at Quest — ever — and that's ok. I just need them to do one thing; draw blood, competently. There's NO excuse for a hematoma like this on a simple blood draw. No pressure applied afterwards and the bandage fell off in the car. Wow! The entire process at Quest was a disaster. No labels. No confirmation I was the "actual" patient. I simply cannot trust whatever result comes from this draw A total waste of time and money. Quest feels like a third-world experience from the moment you walk in. Clearly understaffed and an unhappy (staff). I will not be returning to Quest. Not a trustable healthcare provider in my opinion.
