Quest Diagnostics review: Terrible directions

I never found the location! I drove around in circles for 20 minutes. In Medina, Ohio, there are TWO, TWO locations on the same road. Google Maps took me to one, but they said not us, go down the road to the lower level building. That's all that was said. I still could not find it. There was no "lower level" building, and the building at the address on Google Maps had NO SIGNS, NO numbers, no possible way to figure out where that "other Quest lab" was. I tried calling, but all I got was recordings. When I finally found a phone number with a real person, she wanted my zip code as to where I was - I DIDN'T KNOW THE *** ZIP CODE! I WAS IN A DIFFERENT TOWN, I would have had to go online on my phone to find it. Quest is the worst lab ever. This is the SECOND TIME and a different location, that trying to find where they are located was nearly impossible. This last time, I never did find it. WHY ARE THERE TWO LOCATIONS within a block of each other and Google Maps does NOT show the one I had made an appointment for! So frustrated.
