Today is 11/28/2025, I scheduled my appointment for today at 6:10am, I got up at 5:00am, went to Quest Labs down the street from where I live 5 minutes away. I arrived there at 6:00am. Lot of patients started to get out of their cars, they either were walk-ins or had an appointment like I did, they checked the doors, those were still locked, no lights were on, no signs of any employees around inside. I got down read the sign which said "Thanksgiving Day / Black Friday". Patient Service Centers will observe the following Holiday hours for Thanksgiving Day / Black Friday." CLOSED-Thursday November 27, 2025. Reopen regular hours on Monday December 1, 2025. My beef is why was the Scheduling calendar NOT CLOSED in order for a person not being able to book an appointment for the day after Thanksgiving? If they seen patients had already been scheduled for today's appts, why did they not bother to call and at least leave a voicemail for us not to attend our appointments? yes, there was a sign on your front entrance door, a lot of people don't read signs or simply do not understand them. It just common courtesy to inform patients your office will be closed. Don't just leave them hanging or ruin their sleep to get up early and go to the office for an appointment that will not happen! This is bad management practices and should be handled differently. I sure hope your Corporate office reads this review and act accordingly. If they don't then there are just as bad as your local offices.
Recommendation: Be considerate to your Patients.
