Went in for fasted labs for one provider on Sep 3. staff did not notify me that there was a second order for labs for annual with Primary care that was placed Aug 20th. Found on Sept 8th that I need to go BACK to get labs done that could have already occurred on the day I was there. Waste of time, inconvenience to have labs drawn twice in a week! no way to call them and complain. Phone system directs you to web and nothing on web. Bring Back real people!
