Aside from one exception, all the phlebotomists themselves have been perfectly fine. Half the time, they're so smooth that I have left with barely even a bruise. The last time my toddler had to get blood drawn, we were in and out practically before we could even finish setting up the distraction and with barely a tear to be seen. IN THE OFFICE, everything is fine.
But the entire online system, from setting up an appointment to paying the bill is one of the worst I have ever seen. Until recently, their billing website legitimately looked like a scam site. It looked sketchy, you got redirected and prompted to login multiple times, and you had to put in ALL of the information (including the bill amount?).
The the couple of times I have made appointments online? All but one "didn't go through." The one that successfully had me listed as an appointment still left me with a TWO HOUR WAIT when I showed up 20 minutes early. I was told there had been an error in the system and that it had not correctly booked enough time for the appointments and they were running very behind, on top of still having a regular amount of walk-ins.This was for pregnancy related blood-work, and I had my toddler with me, so I (apparently incorrectly) made the assumption that an appointment would mean LESS time in the waiting room.
I made a full online account thinking it would make it easier to manage everything for my family. Instead, none of my children's information has ever populated for me to view online. I continue to have to login as a guest to pay each individual bill for the them, even when it all happened at the same time. Additionally, my older one is STILL listed as his own guarantor at the ripe of old age of not even 3 yet! I used to do medical registration! MINORS ARE NOT THEIR OWN GUARANTORS. MY HUSBAND OR I SHOULD BE LISTED ON EVERY SINGLE ONE OF HIS BILLS, NOT HIM. I have filled out every form I can find to try and get this corrected, and it has not changed! The best I've gotten is a half-assed auto response saying the usual "we care so much" BS! If I had any other options in my area/with our insurance, I'd never set foot in another Quest for the sole reason of their online "service" being some of the worst I've ever seen.
Recommendation: Avoid when possible
