I went to the Quest office in Boynton Beach, FL for a urine test. The lab technician mistakenly noted that I was unable to void. That is completely false. I urinated in a cup with a pre-printed label with my name, etc. I returned that sample and placed it in a tray containing many other urine samples as instructed by the lab technician. This occurred on 9/4 and to this time, 9/9 they still have not responded with any information about their screw up or how I can get the test done again. Do your best to stay away from this company. Use another lab if possible.

Recommendation: Try to use a different company.
