I had an appointment to pick up stool kit..which by the way should be available without appt. or given to Perlman doctor office to give to patient. Other laps have a drop off box without appt. or office to take it.
I had serious intestinal problem and driving to pick up and to drop off.
I also had order from doctor for blood work which the floater employee took over 30 minutee to read and figure out what the computer said and it turned out she did make an error and only gave me 3 viles for the stool which there was a total of 6. She did the blood draw and when I came back the next day 7-23/26 which the stools the person and 2 other employees tok a long time reviewing and came out with the system deletes my blood work did on 7/22/26 and wanted to do it again on and on confusion called my doctor to confirm did not need blood again. then the error of not 6 viles for stool tests gave me 3 more to do.
It seems you do not have training on your system nor listen to the employees who have complained about the system deleting the blood when it goes to lap and their system does not interact to give them info. This is potential danger for patient and you are not fixing thiis.
Desired outcome: I would like a response that you have operational oversight on your systems and training and change what needs to be effective and safe for patient
