Verified customer

No one was at the office location today. No sign indicating anything -- just a locked door. I had an 11:20am appointment to arrrive and find several poeple waiting in the hallway and the Quest door locked. I waited for 20 minutes, others reported they had 11am appointments and had been waiting outside for more than 30 minutes. I called the 800 customer service line and after being left on hold for 28 minutes, I hung up and left. Another person waiting did the same and had the same outcome. I took off of work to have this lab work done --and for nothing. This is unacceptable.

Claimed loss: I missed two hours of work for nothing.

Desired outcome: I wanted the test cost comped or refunded to me.
