Quest Diagnostics review: Employee behavior/service

I arrived for my 12:20 pm appointment at Quest at 2136 Vadalabene Dr Ste A Maryville, IL 62062. I have been going here for about a year now for my blood draws. Before I always went to lab quest. Employees have been nice up until this visit. I am not one to complain but am doing so because I don't want any children or elderly to have to experience this employee. It was a very uncomfortable visit which has caused me a lot of inconvenience as well. I arrived, checked in on my phone, I wasn't sure if i needed to scan DL or insurance so I began doing that. As I was the employee came to call me back and I asked if I needed to finish and she just grunted and waved me back. She waved me into bay 4. She couldn't blood from my right arm so told her sometimes they have better luck with my left arm so she tried that one. A couple seconds in she says "Damn it, Jesus Christ, that vein just gave out" so she did something with the tubes and when I looked the tube had barely any in it. Any other time I go there are several full tubes. So I told her its ok if you go again. She said no I got enough and shewed me out the door. I had my dr appointment today and found out she didn't have enough. Now I took time to go to a dr appointment where the dr didnt have all the lab results she needed. Now I have to take time off to go get another blood draw and another dr appt. I would have understood if the system was down or there was a malfunction. However, just because she didn't want to do it is no excuse. She didn't have a name tag on and I have repeatedly called the office to get her name but there is nothing but an answering machine. If you could look up the schedule some way by the information I gave regarding the location, time, day and bay number it would be helpful. Since she had no name tag all I can do is describe her as a middle-aged, African American with a nose piercing. I don't see anything on my report mentioning who it was or I would share that. If I do find out, I will let you know. I completely understand that people have bad days and are overworked. However, it doesn't change the fact that because of her attitude and behavior I now have to ask off work, schedule more appointments and feel uncomfortable there.
