Quest Diagnostics review: Drawing of blood on my left arm on 12/10/25 @ approximately 2:40 PM

I had a Dr. Appt. at Wellspire Medical Clinic on 12/10/25 @ 2:15
The Dr. wanted me to get my blood work done so he told me to
go too the room where the nurse was who draw the blood. I asked
her name she said Myra and she was very unfriendly and very un caring.
This is the 2nd time she puts in the needle in my arm and start moving the
needle around while in the vain. She than with out taking needle out manupulates needle to another vain with out pulling needle in my arm.
HORRIBLE THIS TIME SHE ONLY TOOK ONE TUBE CAUSE THERE WAS NOT MORE BLOOD COMING OUT. SHE HAD 2 MORE TUBES LEFT EMPTY OF BLOOD. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME SHE DOES THIS WITH THE NEEDLE IN THE ARM. THE FIRST TIME SHE DRAW BLOOD IN 3 X and all 3 X she would move needle while in the arm.
