Qatar Airways — unethical behaviour
It is submitted with serious concern that:
A group of 13 pilgrimage passengers traveling on 3rd July 2019 from Islamabad-Pakistan was mishandled by Qatar Airways Team at Check In, they were not allowed to board on plane, whereas, another group of 18 passengers traveling from Karachi-Pakistan was allowed to board under the same status/circumstances. My wife Mrs. Batool Fatima was one of the passengers from Islamabad on 3rd July, the confirmed bookings were made from Karachi on 26th June 2019, My Wife's booking details are with me i.e. Reservation code: SEZPHI, TICKET NUMBER: [protected]/37, the incident reported to Qatar Airways Team in Karachi by the Travel Agent in Karachi are copied/pasted as under:

This is to inform you that our two groups ticketed on FIT Basis Travelling from KHI-DOH-NJF//IKA-DOH-KHI and ISB-DOH-NJF//IKA-DOH-PEW
on 3jul on different PNRS OKTB are updated on all PNRS.
From KHI group they are boarded smoothly from other side i.e ISB sectors they demand on wards tickets from NJF-IKA passengers are provided onward on MAHAN AIR bar code tickets isb airport staff denied to accept and full group of 13 are off loaded .
It is there kindly request to investigate and allow us to re well tickets for travelling on the next available flights

1). As stated above, 13 passengers were not allowed to board from Islamabad to Doha on 3rd July 2019, resulting into a financial loss of about PKR 290, 000/- to group organizer "KARWAN ALEY YASEEN" in Karachi, which is requested to be refunded to them through travel agent.
2). Proper departmental inquiry be made against the Qatar Airways Team on shift duty on 3rd July 2019 at Islamabad, by getting proper feed back from Qatar Airways Team on shift duty at Karachi Airport on 3rd July 2019, responsibility should be fixed and defaulter(s) should be punished under intimation to us, because they created a big mess, bad name to Qatar Airways, mental torture & frustration to pilgrims and considerable financial loss to group organizer.
3). Witness/personal hearing of group should also be done. The group will be back after completing Ziyarat on 22nd July 2019.
