Terrible service wrong pricing

Is it ok for bull & bear? Any lead to contact? To push my complain further? Is it normal to shop a trouser with price labeled on with a value of 299 and when I went to pay the cashier said it's 399? He said it's a staff mistake no problem, it happens and full value should be paid and he was so fine to complain. Is it because he was sure that no reaction will take place? Annoying behavior. Is it fine also with pull & bear too?
Unable to get return label, and customer service has ignored all requests for help
Went through returns process on site. Account shows return info, and a scan code, but scan code doesn't show where to bring item to be scanned--I never got a label. Emailed customer service, several times, and each time got the rote answer to go to my account and press resend label. Did that, about 10 times. Checked email spelling, checked junk etc folders--Never got a label. One agent told me to get return scanned at USPS-their agent said it isn't their label. UPS said same. Again, there is zero indication on the bar code that is on my account of where to get that scanned-it just says "scan at pickup point---" but no addl info, USPS sent an email saying a pick up package was scanned--but it wasn't...wondering if your company decided to surprise me and plan a pick-up without telling me-? Worst customer service I've had to deal with in a long time.
Desired outcome: To return one item and get a credit to card used for purchase

I recently had a not-so-great experience with Pull and Bear. I purchased a pair of earrings from their website, but unfortunately they broke the very next day. I was really disappointed with the quality of the product and felt like I had wasted my money.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend shopping at Pull and Bear. While they have a wide variety of clothing and accessories to choose from, the quality of their products seems to be lacking. It's frustrating to spend your hard-earned money on something that doesn't last, and I don't think anyone should have to deal with that.
In addition to the poor quality of their products, I also found the website to be a bit difficult to navigate. It wasn't always clear where to find what I was looking for, and I had to spend more time than I would have liked searching for the items I wanted.
All in all, I was really disappointed with my experience at Pull and Bear. I don't think I'll be shopping there again anytime soon.
