I bought sum face masks from Nine Line Apparel online and lemme tell ya, dey were a total joke! I mean, dey were worse than paper, like seriously not usable at all. I was so disappointed, man.

Nine Daily Face Cover is a joke! It's like a thin t-shirt cloth, the thinnest I've ever seen! These are total bull s***! They're just taking people's money during this tough time!

This company is a scam and I want my money back. Don't buy. My 2-year-old cuts better lines than this. I have a sock that will protect me better than this. I hope this place shuts down. It figures that a company based in the south would know nothing about sewing, cutting, customer service, etc. Scam company! Scam company! Scam company!

I agree with what others are saying about the face masks. If these masks are really approved by the CDC, then the CDC should be reported too because I got scammed as well. I noticed that everyone who complained received the same automated response. It's not right to take advantage of people during a time of need, and their advertising was misleading. Shame on you, Nine Line Apparel!

I bought black masks to protect myself from the Coronavirus, and after seeing the company's advertisements, I was tempted to purchase a 10-unit package limited to one pack per customer. The masks I got were made of thin fabric that couldn't even filter dust. They were just like a piece of rag that only partially covers the face. I felt like I got scammed.

I bought a shirt and sticker from Nine Line Apparel 15 days ago. It's still not shipped. I emailed them twice, but no response. I called and they said they replied, but I don't believe them because I still get sales emails. They also said it was being prepared and would be sent the next day. That was 4 days ago and it's still not shipped. It's crazy. They took my money easily, but now I want my money back or my items. I'll call again on Monday, but I don't think they'll tell me the truth. Don't order from them if you want to receive your items.

Don't waste ur time or money. If I could leave no stars I would. We got the 10pk masks in the mail today and they r so thin and cheap. It's LITERALLY a VERY THIN black t-shirt with holes cut in it for ur ears to fit thru. We had our smallest guy at the shop try one on - and it don't even fit his face. Also, they r so thin that the ears holes cut into the fabric will rip. These r a rip off and a way for this company to bank off the pandemic - DON'T WASTE UR TIME OR MONEY! I took a pic to show how thin,cheap and crappy these r. They don't even form to the face. Not sure how there r 40 - 5 stars - this company must be deleting the real reviews ppl leave up! Definitely a company trying to make a bunch of money off the pandemic scare.

My first order was for a hat and the concealed carry backpack. I got both, but the bags carrying handle at the top of the bag was ripped away from the bag. So I reached out, went through the whole process of returning it. When I got my replacement, everything looked okay until I put my laptop in it and picked it up by the carrying handle. The carrying handle ripped away from the bag and the laptop fell to the floor. The company gave me 3 choices: return it for another, keep it with a 50% money return, or complete refund and return. They could have checked the bag's quality before sending me another broken bag. I will never buy from them again. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed their supplier instead of taking responsibility for their product they are selling.

I would give 0 stars if this would let me! I placed an order almost a full MONTH ago, with the understanding that it can take 7 business days before it ships---that's fine, I planned ahead. I received no communication at all in the process, I had to call 3 TIMES to check the order status and kept being told that "it was being escalated to a supervisor" and "will be shipped out ASAP". Finally, on the 17th business day (24 actual days since I placed my order) after receiving nothing but a confirmation email, no response from the "supervisors" in over a week, I called again and was told that one of the items is out of stock and that is why it hasn't shipped. No one could tell me this in my 3 other phone calls over a 3 week span of time? They took my money instantly, but couldn't bother to respond and say "Hey by the way, we don't even have what we sold you...sorry!". WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, do not buy from this company. You will be lucky to get what you order, after you wait a month to try to give them the benefit of the doubt. This was for a birthday gift for my fianc, thanks a bunch Nine Line! This is not at all a reputable company, now I'm stuck the day before his bday scrambling to get a back up gift. This business should be shut down, I wish I would have looked at all the s*** reviews before I bothered ordering.

I checked out Nine Line Apparel's website and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed. They got a bunch of cool stuff for both men and women. The clothes are made in the good ol' USA, which is a big plus in my book.

I ordered a couple of shirts and they arrived pretty quick. The quality is top-notch, I can tell they're made to last. The designs are also really cool, with patriotic themes and military-inspired graphics. It's nice to see a company that supports our troops and veterans.

The prices are reasonable too. I mean, you're getting high-quality stuff that's made right here in America, so it's worth it. Plus, they have sales and discounts every now and then, so you can snag a good deal.

The website is easy to navigate, but I did have a little trouble finding the size chart. It's tucked away in the product description, so you gotta scroll down a bit. Not a big deal, but it would be nice if it was more visible.

Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase from Nine Line Apparel. The clothes are great, the prices are fair, and they support a good cause. I'll definitely be shopping here again.

I made an order at Nine Line on May 6th. So, I reached out to customer service on June 14th to see when my stuff would arrive. They said it would ship that day, but I didn't get any confirmation by June 18th. So, I emailed them again to ask for a shipping confirmation. They said sorry and I asked for some compensation because these items were supposed to be Father's Day gifts. Nine Line said they would take 20% off my order, but still no shipping confirmation. I emailed them again to ask for a shipping confirmation, but nothing happened. So, I called customer service and left a super detailed message on Thursday, June 24th. But guess what? It's June 28th now and I still haven't heard back from them, neither by email nor phone.

I made two orders online, one on Oct 9th and the other on Oct 11th. The first order stated that it wouldn't ship until the 22nd, while the second order mentioned a shipping time of 3-5 days on their website. As of now, both shipments have not been fulfilled. However, my credit card was charged at the time of placing the orders. After reading reviews from others who had similar complaints, I decided to reach out to them on Oct 18th. Initially, I was informed that shipping would take 3-7 days. Later, I was told that both orders would be shipped by the 22nd. Then, they mentioned that they would contact their fulfillment team to inquire about the delay. Unfortunately, my email requesting cancellation and a full refund has been ignored. This company seems shady and uses the fact that it is veteran-owned to appear legitimate. I posted a review on their Facebook page in hopes of getting a response, but it seems like they either removed it or created a new page.
