32 Degrees Official Site Great clothes, great experience

I stumbled on this brand a year ago and have ordered several times from their site. I've experienced nothing but great quality and customer service. I wear their shirts all the time for hiking and camping. They are perfect for layering, dry fast when wet, and keep me cool, dry and comfortable on the trail.

I've ordered several items and at multiple times and been super pleased each time. The clothes have been exactly as advertised with prices that couldn't be beaten. The clothes have been much more satisfying than the equivalent clothes at big box stores and with MUCH better prices. The items arrived quickly. 5 stars for sure.

I am not understanding why there are so many negative reviews. I have always loved everything I have purchased from them. I've bought leggings, shirts, shorts, etc. The clothing lasts and I love how soft everything is. Yeah shipping takes a little bit longer but this isn't Amazon's prime service. I can wait a while. This is my go to store.

32 Degrees Official Site Reasonable & Comfy

At first I was leery, with the reviews. But I've ordered several times now. For the price, I can wait for shipping. The clothes are very comfy and if you check the sizing charts and order accordingly, you'll get the good fit. I had one issue with something not shipping and they responded promptly and it came within a week. I really don't understand all the crabby, unhappy reviews. I think it's great for the price!

As far as the boxers, long sleeve and shorts sleeve t shirts go (all ive bought) this clothing brand is beyond amazing! The shirts are very stretchy and comfortable perfect for gym or working outside. You can literally take off when sweating and shake out the wetness put it on and feel instant coldness. I swear i have worn these shirts daily for work doing concrete, asphalt, Landscaping, to the gym and have washed a million times and they still look pretty damn good! And for the price!? This brand cannot be beat imo! Ill be a customer forever!

32 Degrees Official Site These shirts are all I wear now!

Do not listen to anything that these other folks are saying. I'm the pickiest person in the world when it comes to clothes and I am obsessed with these shirts and tank tops. The stretchy material is just so amazing, and I would be so depressed if they stopped creating these, or if they changed the material that they use to create them. Also, the thing people need to consider is that if you buy them in bulk you can get them for around 6 dollars a piece, and that is better than any other shirt that is worth wearing. I have 38 of these shirts and I love them. My favorite is the v neck which I've never worn, but I love them.

32 Degrees Official Site Return item

I have the confirmation print out with the order number. When completing the information needed it will not accept the order number on my print out.

Thus us the order number on my print out.

PO-222-[protected].

I want to return/exchange/ reorder which is the proper way. The romper is too large and I want the smaller size.

Items arrived today by USPS and in perfect condition. I will return them as soon as I can complete the return from.

Why will it NOT accept my order number as printed on the confirmation print out?

32 Degrees Official Site I received no invoice or order number and i need to return items

I received my online order, but there was no order number or invoice. I did not receive an email or anything from them.
They sent me the wrong sizes and two of the items and I need to exchange them, but I don’t have a way to do so because I don’t have a order number and invoice number anything
I tried calling every number I can find online for them and none of them work
I started an online chat and was told the weight would be 15 minutes after 24 hours. I still received no reply.

32 Degrees Official Site I haven't received my order and there has been no resolution

I haven't received my order and there has been no resolution. The order was for my disabled mother and was supposed to be shipped to her home. I placed the order on October 26th, 2021, with the order number ***. On that day, I received an order confirmation email from the company. I also received another email stating that the order was shipped on October 28th and 29th. Additionally, I received an email saying that the shipment was delivered on October 29th. I tried using the chat feature on the website to contact customer service, but they said they would help and didn't. I then sent an email requesting assistance, but received a robotic response that didn't address the questions I had asked in my email. The tracking number for my order is ***. The tracking website says that I need to contact the shipper, which is 32 Degrees, but nobody is helping me with this issue. I either need to receive my merchandise or get a refund.

I ordered a product from this company and after 20 days of waiting I still have not received the item I ordered. Tried to contact them this morning by email. Got a response basically saying, “sucks to be you…..not our fault”. According to the tracking it has been sitting in the same place for a week with no movement whatsoever.

I have not received an order and have received no resolution. This order was for my disabled mother being shipped to her home. Order placed on 10/26/21. I received an order confirmation email from the business on that day. Another email indicated it was shipped on both 10/28 and 10/29. Subsequently, an email notified me of the shipment's delivery on 10/29. I attempted to use the chat feature on the site for customer service, but despite assurances, they did not assist me. I sent an email to request help and received an automated response that did not address the specific questions I had included in my email. The tracking information provided was unhelpful. The courier service instructed me to contact the shipper, which is 32 Degrees, but I have not received any assistance from them. I am seeking either the delivery of my merchandise or a refund.

32 Degrees Official Site I placed an order for a vest with 32 degrees on october 27th, 2021

I placed an order for a vest with 32 Degrees on October 27th, 2021. They charged my credit card on October 28th, 2021, including the postage fee of $22.99. However, I have not yet received my order. I have tried to contact 32 Degrees multiple times through email, but I couldn't find a phone number to reach them. The tracking number they provided me with seems to be fake, as the shipping company has not received the package from the sender. The company has not been helpful in resolving this issue, except for telling me to deal with the shipping company. I recently requested to cancel my order and receive a full refund on my credit card, but I haven't received any response. I also tried their Return/Credit process on their website, but the only option they offered was to send me a shipping label, which is not helpful since I have nothing to return. I urgently want to cancel my order and have the full amount refunded to my credit card. This is the worst website I have ever ordered from, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid them and never order anything from them. They lack proper customer service and seem to engage in fraudulent activities.

my order #9899083 was recieved however 2 of the exact color polo shirts
one was XL the other one was a LARGE i tried in both and they were he exact same size i need an exchange for the large as its 2 large
ive ordered alot of products from you however this was the first time an item was mislabeled

I'm very disappointed that the company is giving me a hard time regarding exchange a coat for size. According to their site I can exchange for size when it's not even an option. The only option is return, but this item isn't eligible for return. I have ordered leggings through them with no issue. Stay away for this company.

The 24 of September 2023 a other a jacket from them size L and it was to big for me, and it was not the first time that I have purchased something from them, but this is May first time that I had to return and item, send it as soon as I got it and it is 01 November and I have not got May money back, I have call this this number [protected] and left a massage and Email and nothing from them the only massage I got from them about more that a week is that May time to return the as expired, but if the items was send the first week on October 2023 so we is may money!

32 Degrees Official Site Disappointing quality and return policy: my experience with 32 degrees lounge wear pants

I bought three pairs of lounge wear pants from 32 Degrees Official Site and I gotta say, I'm not impressed. When they arrived, I noticed that they were pretty see-through and I don't think they'll last very long in my front load washer. I've definitely bought better and cheaper lounge wear from other places before. I even found some higher quality jersey lounge pants at Walmart that lasted me a good 4-5 years. These ones from 32 Degrees are straight up trash! And to top it off, they're gonna take $5.99 out of my refund amount if I return them? That's just not cool, man.

32 Degrees Official Site Disappointing quality and customer service from 32 degrees

I recently got a 32 Degrees pullover as a present, and I was excited to try it out. However, the first time I wore it, I noticed that the collar, cuffs, and ribbing at the bottom started to fray quite a bit. I only wore the shirt for about 4 hours at a casual social gathering, so I was disappointed to see that it didn't hold up well.

When I contacted 32 Degrees about the issue, they were not very helpful. They refused to send me a refund or a replacement because I had already worn the shirt and didn't have the original receipt. I explained that I didn't have the receipt because it was a gift, but they still wouldn't budge.

Overall, I was really disappointed with the poor quality of the shirt and the lack of customer service from 32 Degrees. It's frustrating to spend money on a product that doesn't hold up well, and it's even more frustrating when the company won't stand behind their product. I wouldn't recommend shopping at 32degrees.com based on my experience.

32 Degrees Official Site Mixed feelings about 32 degrees jacket & customer service

So, I recently got myself a 3/4 length jacket from 32DEGREES official site (32degrees.com). The jacket is pretty cool, but I had a bit of a problem with the zipper from the get-go. I reached out to their customer service team to see if I could get a replacement jacket and return the original one. However, they asked me for the original order number, which I didn't have on hand. I mean, I ordered it online from their website, so they should have a copy of it, right?

Anyway, I sent them a photo of the original bag that the jacket came in, complete with all the mailing info stickers. But they said it was blurry and couldn't use it as proof of purchase. So, they asked me to send them a video of the stuck zipper. I mean, seriously? I felt like they were accusing me of lying about the zipper problem, and it made me pretty angry.

Despite the frustrating experience with their customer service, I still think the jacket is pretty cool. It's comfortable and stylish, and I've gotten a lot of compliments on it. I just wish that the zipper issue could have been resolved more easily. Overall, I'd say that 32DEGREES has some great products, but their customer service could use a bit of improvement.

32 Degrees Official Site Disappointing experience with 32 degrees official site: slow shipping and unfair return policy

Yo, I gotta say something about this 32 Degrees Official Site (32degrees.com). I ordered some dope T-Shirts for my son, but it took forever to get here. They said it would take 4-9 days, but it took a whole 20 days! I hit up customer service and they hit me back with some weak excuse about Covid. But like, Covid wasn't even a thing last month, so what's the deal?

Then, to make matters worse, my son didn't even like one of the shirts. So I hit up customer service again to see how I could return it. They sent me a label for the return, but when I checked my account, they charged me $5 for handling a $9.99 return! That's straight up crazy, man.

I'm never ordering from this site again. They need to get their act together and stop charging people for returns. It's not cool.

32 Degrees Official Site Disappointing experience with 32degrees.com: lack of order updates and poor customer service

I recently made a purchase on 32degrees.com and I have to say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience. I understand that it's the holiday season and things can get pretty crazy, but this website doesn't provide any updates on the status of my order. It's been a while since I placed my order and I still have no idea when it will arrive.

To make matters worse, I decided to reach out to their customer service team via email and I haven't received a response in over a week. This is really unfortunate because I was excited to try out their products after seeing them on Oprah's favorite things list for 2020. I hope Oprah's team reads this review because I have to give 32degrees.com two thumbs down.

What's even more frustrating is that I've received multiple marketing emails from them promoting their products, but they haven't even bothered to respond to my personal email. It's disappointing to see a company prioritize marketing over customer service. I would definitely caution others to be wary of this company.

Overall, my experience with 32degrees.com has been pretty disappointing. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future because I was really looking forward to trying out their products.

32 Degrees Official Site Disappointing purchase: 32 degrees site fails to deliver on quality and customer service

Got this thing from Costco for like $15 a few years back and it was pretty dope. So I decided to cop two more from the 32 Degrees site. They were $25 each, which was aight since I already knew I liked the thing. But when they came, they were way lighter and not nearly as warm as the OG one. So I tried to return them, but turns out they're "final sale" and can't be returned. Like, what the heck? So now I'm mad for a few reasons: 1) the new ones are worse than the old one, 2) they cost more, 3) I can't return them, 4) the shipping took 13 whole days (even though it was free), and 5) there's no way to leave a review on the 32 Degrees site. That's sus, man.

I recently had an experience with the 32 Degrees Official Site (32degrees.com) that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. 32 Degrees Official Site Frustrating shipping and customer service experience on 32 degrees official site

I recently made a purchase on the 32 Degrees Official Site (32degrees.com) and had a bit of a frustrating experience. I accidentally used an old shipping address that was saved in my Google profile from several years ago. As soon as I realized my mistake, I sent an email to their customer service team in under 2 minutes to try and rectify the situation.

Unfortunately, I received an email the next morning stating that my order was already too far into the fulfillment process to change the shipping address. I was offered a refund once the package was delivered and returned, but this relied on the person who now lives at the old address to return the package. Needless to say, I was extremely frustrated with this resolution.

To make matters worse, it took 2 days for me to receive an email that my package had finally shipped. In those 2 days, I was left wondering if anyone was keeping an eye out for my package. It was an absolutely ridiculous situation to be in.

Despite this frustrating experience, I will say that the website itself was easy to navigate and the ordering process was straightforward. However, I do wish that their customer service team had been more accommodating in helping me change my shipping address. Overall, I would recommend the 32 Degrees Official Site for their products, but be cautious when it comes to shipping and customer service.
