I thought I got a new worry free Gas Water Heater on 7/15/25 and PSEG uses 1800Heaters and they installed a dented water heater and I didn’t know it. I wasn’t given the courtesy to refuse it and when I discovered it in 10/12/25 Rodney the Manager from Worry Free said it’s cosmetic and they will not replace it, So “worry free” is a joke and do not purchase any replacements appliances via PSEG.
