I sold my home and need to have my billing stoped but I can’t get hold of these people. They have closed their call center and haven’t answered any of my 5 emails to their support link via email. How can they do business with no way to communicate with them? Giving them a one star on the review is too generous, I would give them no stars.

I have been living at my new residence (I am the homeowner) since 08/1. I always get notified via email, not regular mail, about my billing statements. About 2 months ago, I went online to check why I am being charged a lot for water usage, currently $169.84, when I know my residence doesn't use that much water. Last month, I was charged $245.72. I have previous bills from when I used to rent, and the average monthly water usage (from a different water billing company) was $60.00 for my household, sometimes even less, for almost 5 years. When I checked the details of my bill, I noticed that I am being billed for the same address but a different zipcode. I live in the 91761 zipcode, not 91764, which is where I am being billed for. I tried to correct my zipcode online, but it was updated to the "billing address" instead of my actual residential address. I feel like there might be some fraudulent activity happening here. I mail my payments instead of paying online because of the fees this company charges, but clearly, no one paid attention to the zipcode I wrote on my envelopes. How is it possible that someone allegedly reads my water meter for billing purposes, but I am being billed for a completely different zipcode? When I call this company, no one answers the phone. You can't blame this on COVID. There are many people who work from home now and still provide great customer service, but this company is not one of them. I want to be refunded the overcharged balance, and I also want this company to update my residential address correctly in their system.
