This email is in continuation of my previous complaint. I would like to highlight additional serious issues that remain unresolved:
Broadband Connection Still Unstable
My internet connection continues to remain unstable. I have been using the 20 Mbps package for several years, yet the service quality has consistently been poor. Most of the time, the internet does not work at all, and even when it does, the speed never reaches the promised level.
The maximum speed I receive is only 12 Mbps download and 7 Mbps upload, which is far below the package I am being billed for.
Kindly explain why I am paying for 20 Mbps when PTCL is unable to deliver even close to the subscribed speed.
Complaint No. 21 Marked as Resolved Without My Consent
My last complaint, Complaint No. 21, was marked as “resolved,” even though I did not confirm or approve its resolution.
I request a detailed explanation regarding who closed this complaint and on what basis.
No Update on Misconduct of PTCL Employee (Shahzad)
I have still not received any update on the misconduct issue involving your staff member, Shahzad, who behaved inappropriately with the ladies of my household.
I expect a clear and transparent update regarding the disciplinary action taken against him.
If PTCL is unable or unwilling to take proper action, then I will be left with no option but to initiate legal proceedings as per my rights.
Given the severity of these issues, I request an immediate, written response addressing all points raised above.

Dear PTCL Management Team,
My name is Tayyab Ali, and I am a PTCL broadband customer. I am writing this email to file a formal complaint regarding two very serious issues:
1. Internet Not Working for the Last 2 Months
For the past two months, my PTCL internet has not been working at all.
You may verify this by checking the complaint history for my number: [protected].
Despite repeated complaints, the issue remains unresolved. Surprisingly, my complaints are automatically marked as resolved even though the internet never starts working.
2. Misconduct by PTCL Field Staff (Name: Shahzad)
One of your field employees, Mr. Shahzad, who usually visits to "resolve" complaints, has shown extremely unprofessional behavior. He has:
Spoken disrespectfully at my home, especially with the ladies of the house.
Told us directly that “agar complaint wapis lein ge tau internet chalay ga, warna main internet band kar dunga.”
Behaves as if the service runs at his personal discretion, not by PTCL policy.
This behavior is unacceptable and deeply concerning.
It makes me feel as if I am paying the bill to PTCL, but the service runs according to Mr. Shahzad’s personal mood and authority. If that is the case, kindly clarify whether I should be paying my bills to PTCL or to him — because it appears he is more powerful than your entire system.
My Request
I respectfully request PTCL management to:
Take immediate action to restore my internet service.
Investigate the misconduct of your staff member, Shahzad.
Ensure that complaints are resolved genuinely, not closed automatically without service restoration.
If PTCL cannot resolve this issue, kindly disconnect my connection, as I cannot continue paying for a service that does not work.
I hope PTCL will take this matter seriously and respond promptly.
