PSI Services The worst customer service ever

This company has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I failed my national portion of the Tennessee real estate exam on May 2nd.I was told and since have looked it up. You may reschedule the exam after 24 hours. It has now been 31 days and no fix insight. I have called and emailed PSI 10 -12 times each, still no resolution. I have call TREC, no help at all. My last date to take the test is June 22, 2025. Anyone that can help or point me in the right direction would be appreciated.

Recommendation: They are the only place in Tennessee to take the RE exam.

PSI Services Examination unnecessarily terminated

While taking an online proctored exam I had a sick child talk with his mother in another room, I didn't respond or change my test taking in anyway, and obviously the very brief words were not about my examination at all, but I was booted out of the exam. The proctor wrote that I violated the rules and was immediately shut out with no way of replying back to him/her. The only way to contact them was email and I have yet to receive a reply. Using other resources, I tracked down a telephone number for them and spoke with a live agent. The person was no help either and said I could call back in 2-5 business days if I had a complaint. I spent a long time and a lot of money studying for this exam and I am beyond fed up with this process. [censored]ty company, definitely would not use again.

Recommendation: Use another company

PSI Services Scam company

Customer service (both the technical support and the candidate assistance departments) are worthless and a waste of time. I have been on the phone for over an hour and I am now talking to the 7th person, who amazingly can't help me either. Each department keeps telling me the other department are rude and are the ones who should help me. PSI has shuttled me between two departments so long that my time to launch has expired and they are refusing to reschedule me without me having to pay again. I think this company is a scam. I think they take your money and don't actually let you take the online test. I've spoken to Chezca, John, Thabiso and Brendan. Brendan (#7) is telling me he doesn't have a supervisor who will speak to me. He's now telling me his system won't work. This is awful and I'm just trying to get some help.

Recommendation: Keep your money. Stay away from this scam!

PSI Services False results

I have taken the CMC full mechanical contractor exam twice now and received the same failing score on both tests, failing by 2 questions. My issue is that there are 130 questions in the contractor test portion and only 120 are graded. Where are the other 10 questions and why are they not being graded. PSI claims that they are sample questions but the sample questions at the beginning of the testing process only consist of 8 questions and you have 4 minutes to complete them. Once inside the actual contractor exam, there are 130 timed questions. I challenge the results of both of my exams being that I have passed the ICC Master mechanical contractor exam distributed by Pearson Vue.

PSI Services So far, so good

Called and emailed a question about identification needed for an online exam, and they answered the question over the phone and responded via email, the guy on the phone was really nice. Maybe I'm just lucky, but I don't have anything bad to say. I haven't taken my exam yet, but so far there customer service is 5 stars.

PSI Services Study Help

I purchased Exam smart as well at the PSI pre test. The PSI information in my opinion is the best way to practice for the exam. Exam smart is very helpful BUT ONLY IF you read the explanations on way the answer is what it is.

So Exam smart will help you understand things you missed in your training and PSI will help you pass the test. PSI is more actual test content and format.

PSI Services Cannot schedule for an exam

So today. I tried to register for south Carolina exam. I login to PSI (successfully) go thru the prompts, find the exam site and it refers me to the South Carolina PSI site. It asks me to login again. I do that it then says email or password is wrong. Then I try to register and it says my email already exists. So I call support (EFFING India again) They tell me after 30 minutes on the phone I have to get a new email to take the exam. Now I have 11 more states to go. They told me I now need a new email for every new scheduled exam and I won't ever be able to see my past exams which I find odd because they can see them on their end. This just shows the incompetence of India tech support and they don't care to fix it. And to make matters worse, I still can't see all the exams I have taken or get certified copies of my test results when needed. I offered them to screen share to show my frustrations. They will not do it. I do miss the days when I could call Las Vegas and speak to an American who I can understand. I will file a complaint with South Carolina next and explain to them why I can't take an exam without getting an new email because their computer system is obviously super messed up.

This is my second issue. They claimed they resolved my first issue. I sent them the information they requested but then said they could not open the attachment. I sent it all on a word document and still no word. But they claim it as resolved. I wonder if this site is compromised because I have reached out to other people and they still have unresolved issues with PSI. They really don't give a damm.

Recommendation: Please reach out the other state agencies and aske them to consider other testing agencies.

PSI Services Mismatched photo

I took my board exam on March 31, 2025 in Erie, PA. The proctor was waiting on a woman who was before me in line. She took the woman's photo and submitted it by accident to my information in the computer. The woman who had her photo taken realized that was not her information, so the proctor asked me if that was my information and I said yes. The proctor took my photo but could not remove the previous incorrect photo. She called technical support in Texas but they were unable to correct it. I have been calling the customer support number since then and nobody seems to be able to correct this problem. I was told that the supervisor would be in contact with me but I haven't heard anything.

Desired outcome: I would like a corrected score report with my photo and not somebody else's photo attached to it.

PSI Services Customer service and system problems

So, I scheduled my test online for January 26, 2025, at 1pm. Came in to take my test got logged in and it said my test was expired. I called immediately and spoke with customer service. They said that there was nothing they could do for me as I did it online and had not called them to schedule. Which it should not matter if you call them or do it on their online portal. All I have been asking is to have the money from the expired test transferred to the new test I would be taking; I have my emails from when I scheduled the test. It does not say AM/PM anywhere on the email. There is no way that I would schedule a test at 1 am in the morning. I also sent the email over to them so they could see what I was talking about. I was getting nowhere with them even after asking to speak with a supervisor. Kept getting told there is nothing that they could do because they could not get into that part of the system. So, I called again on Monday January 27,2025. She was happy to help me but once again told me there was nothing, she could do I would have to pay for the test. There is no way that they could use the money from the expired test. Was told that I need to be more on top of things and check every day to make sure time has not changed. I have the emails that state 01:00 January 26, 2025. No AM/PM anywhere on the paper. All I am asking is to have my test rescheduled without paying an additional fee.

Desired outcome: To have my reschedule test payment taken care of. So that I can continue my education. I would either like a phone call or email regarding this matter.

It’s been two days and still no contact. I have called again and nothing they could do cause I made the appointment on their website and did not call them to schedule the test. The website is still part of the company. I had to reschedule as this is part of my job training. Just wanting them to make this right.

PSI Services Master's examination AWSB testing site - Merrillville, IN

I visited the PSI testing site at 1443 E. 84th Place, Merrillville IN today at approximately 1:25pm. The assistant was professional. She walked me into a testing room and as soon as I walked in the heat in the room was so high I almost took my clothes off. the heat nearly took my breath away. The testing room was crammed and there was no room really to move. Test takers were literally "stacked" on top of each other. I could not wear my mask because it was so hot in the room I was barely able to breathe.

After settling in, I left the room to share with the assistant the test had 4 multiple choices and that possibly the test was an older test. The young lady called PSI. I then began to take my test. The assistant asked to speak with me my while I was taking my test to ask me how did I know the test was supposed to be updated. I explained to her that I was taking my test and I was not going to waste my 4 hours answering questions about how I learned the test was suppose to be updated.

Additionally, there were several young ladies outside of the testing area laughing and talking right outside of the testing room. For this to have been a testing site, it was not quiet or comfortable. This testing site is NOT conducive for an individual who is trying to concentrate.

The testing room was unbearably hot, I was stopped during my test to consult with the young lady and folks was coming in and out as if a test wasn't going on. I didn't pass my test. I missed it by 2 points. I believe if I was at a site where I could focus, concentrate, and was comfortable I would have passed my test. Unbelievable!

Desired outcome: I believe I should not have to pay to retake my test in April 2025. I will also take my test at a different site.

PSI Services Tennessee limited license electrician

This is FRAUD. I have been in the trade since 1999 and am a Owner of Electrical business. I took the open book test twice. Failed by 1 the first time and failed by 3 the second time. Total questions 43 but graded on 40. I knew the answers to at least 33 by open book in the NEC. I had 40 mins left to try to answer the last 10 in which where not in the code book because there is no anwser to them. Even AI doesnt have an anwser for them. The questions were vague and didnt even make sense or have an appropriate answer. After reading the reviews it is clear that PSI is failing people to cause them to repay. I took the CA. version of this test 20 years ago with 100 questions and a 4 hr test time and scored a 82% as a 3rd year apprentice. Now I have over 30 years in the trade and I get a 70% and then 62%. I knew the answers to at least 30 straight out of the book which is passing. You all dont respond via your contact. Your staff is grading these inhouse and supposedly some questions are throw aways! Tossing out the correct questions to fail people is FRAUD. 6/3/2024 and 6/21/2024 were test dates.

Claimed loss: I have to postpone moving to TN because of your fraud at the San DIego location causing over $10k in losses

PSI Services GA real estate exam - veterans preference points

Greetings,

I took the GA Real Estate Sales Person exam on 3/21/2024. I failed the exam by 2 points. I am a 100% disabled veteran. I called PSI customer service on 3/21/24 requesting information to obtain my veterans preference points and was told to mail my DD-Form 214, my original PSI score report, and a copy of my Veterans Administration documentation showing I am a veteran. The representative Anita Moffett Paul sent me an email providing instructions on where to mail my documents. On the same date, I mailed my documents to PSI Services LLC, 3210 E. Tropicana Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89181, and my documents were received the next date on 3/22/2024, by someone named Karen.

I followed up with a call and was informed that my documents had not been received but allow 5 business days for an update.

On March 29, 2024, I contacted PSI requesting a status and still was told there wasn't any status. On April 2, 2024, I called PSI yet again and Noluthando Mulovhedzi submitted a ticket ([protected]) requesting a status. On the same date, she was informed by [protected]@psionline that it can take 12 weeks to review vet points and update the score report.

On April 8, 2024, I was contacted by a customer service representative Sumesh Kumar who informed me that I sent my documents to the incorrect address and that I needed to send them to the address in Olathe, KS.

So at this juncture it had been 3 weeks since I sent my documents in and requested my Veterans Preference Points be added to my score. I must say I was and still am very upset as the documents had my SSN information on them. I asked Mr. Kumar to have someone find out who exactly had my documents because if they were sent to the incorrect address for PSI (through no fault of my own) then someone has unauthorized access to my personal information. Mr. Kumar indicated he would find out.

Needless to say, I still have not heard from anyone regarding my documents.

On 4/8/2024, I went to the PSI testing center in Duluth, GA to obtain another original copy of my score report and mailed the documents again (this time erasing my SSN information)...this time to the correct address from what I was told. My documents were received on 4/15/2024 and signed for by someone named White.

MY questions are as follows:

1. Where are the documents received by Karen in the PSI Las Vegas, NV location?

2. Why does it take 12 weeks to review and update Veterans Preference points and add them to the score?

PSI Services A disgrace!

I had a Microsoft online exam scheduled, and there was no proctor, nobody there to start my exam.
After taking pictures of my ID, making a video of my room with the webcam, I just sat there waiting before a message saying "Your proctor will start you exam within 15 minutes". I started a chat, nobody replied. After an hour I gave up. Will be trying to get my money back. Why does Microsoft work with such companies? They were the only choice for exam center (As my income took a serious hit from COVID, I applied for the reduced exam fee), no doubt they send all "cheap" customer to this $#*! company.
That also makes you wonder about Microsoft's 'good gesture' for victims of COVID hardship. Customers who are initially delighted by this gesture just get screwed over again.

UPDATE on March 7th.
Hello Samantha, you said 'We'd like to make this right'? Well let me continue the story.
On Friday, I called your customer support because I wanted to cancel the exam (so I could book with Pearson Vue - you cannot have two booking for the same exam on the MS exam dashboard). Talked to Arvin Dela Cruz.
He could only reschedule, because for canceling he had - of course - to 'escalate to his management' and that would take up to 5 business days. I needed this certification by tomorrow, so I gave in and reluctantly rescheduled for this morning.
So what happened this morning?
I checked in, took a webcam picture of my ID and took a 360? video of my room.
As my webcam does not focus well on small objects such as an ID, I had to retake the picture several times because 'they could not see my photo'. In the end, I had to print my ID enlarged on an A4 to pass that stage.
Then came the video. I scanned the whole room (about 90 seconds)
Screen message: "Your desk is not completely cleaned off. You must remove all items from the desk area. Please re-scan the room, making sure to capture a 360? view of the walls, and under your desk"
I open the chat and ask what exactly has to be removed before I rescan the room. My (disconnected) second monitor? +20kg Printer? Scanner? None of these things were ever a problem for Pearson Vue. No response.
I take another video with everything removed except for the printer and scanner, because they are kind of fixed, not so easy to remove.
Screen message: "You did not scan the entire room. Please re-scan the entire toom,... "
Screen message: "Your desk is not completely cleaned off..."
OK, so I disconnect and remove the printer and scanner and make a THIRD video.
This time there is some movement in the chat, so somebody was there, but apparently just refusing to be helpful at an earlier stage. He asks me, yes you've guessed it, to move around the room with my webcam FOR A 4TH TIME. I also need to remove the label from my water bottle (I am speechless but already at a stage of complete submission and compliance - I want to get it over with)

So after this more-than-half-an-hour ordeal, the exam finally starts.
With about 60% of the questions answered, there is an error: "Please wait... Unable to load responses, retrying. Network Issue?"
The error doesn't go away. Chat message "We are detecting a weak internet connection from your end and am unable to see you. We must refresh the secure browser. Please click the "X" to close the browser and then reopen it".
I do what I am told. Before restarting I check my (very reliable 300Mbps download and 30Mbps upload) internet connection and it is absolutely fine.
I return to the PSI browser. Doesn't work. The only messages from PSI in the chat are things like "relaunch the browser" (which I already did), "I cannot see you" and "please call support at some US number". The only reaction to anything I said was "Please do not take the picture as it is not allowed" when I wrote that I will take a picture of the chat window because people might not believe that this really happened.
Finally, I exited the PSI browser and did an "ipconfig /renew". Relaunched and after a while an error: "Unable to resume resultID=1689248 because it has already been completed"

When I finally break off the exam myself (there really was no point in trying to continue) I am redirected to the PSI website which proudly says: "YOUR CAREER. OUR PRIORITY".
Really, you cannot make this up! Look at the pictures. The first 3 pictures are from Friday, the others are from today.
The last picture is from Microsoft's site. To ALL who read this: don't fall for the seemingly generous COVID offer, because you will be even more screwed than you already are in the present situation.
If you pay peanuts, you get monkeys.

So Samantha of PSI, it may sound nice that you want to make this right, but how are you going to do that?
By returning my $15? I've wasted valuable time on Friday, and again this morning to end up with nothing.
Your proctors just don't show up (and the lame excuse I got for that is - you guessed it - COVID), or they are so overzealous that you start thinking they are making fun of you.
And then on top of it there are technical difficulties which are obviously on your side, they can obviously not be resolved and you can't finish your exam.

I never bother to write reviews, but this experience was so sickening that I just had to.
I can relate to the people on this site saying they hope PSI goes out of business.

To whom it may concern, I appreciate your apology however I have been trying to accomplish taking a test for over eight weeks with your company and your company has done nothing but discriminate against me and dictate what I canning can't have when it was clearly stated in all the documentation what I need to be successful! I am not asking permission from PSI exam to use the accommodations that I am rightfully allowed! I have contacted cat contacted the justice department and filed a formal complaint against your company and if I don't have an answer by Monday how you're going to accommodate me and fix this there is going to be further documentation with my advocate from the ADA.

If your company does not provide me with all of the accommodations that I am rightfully allowed which include more time which is times 2 1/2 which would make the test eight hours breaks every 30 minutes a Calculator a reader of my choice because your company does not have anybody to provide for me which is not my problem due to the pandemic and a scriber. Your company does not have the right to determine or make decisions on my behalf I am the client and I am asking for the accommodations that I am rightfully allowed to be successful like a normal person because I am not I have a disability dyslexia and ADHD and ADD and what's super funny is your proctor couldn't even understand me because I couldn't spell things right when I was typing to him and asked him numerous times to allow me a break with no response over and over again which caused me to terminate the test and it cost me also to have extreme stress because I wasn't allowed what they said they were going to give me. Furthermore I was told prior to the test by the person that I called prior to the test to make sure that the accommodations were allowed that I was going to be explained everything because I need a scriber they said oh yes they will be explaining everything to you the proctor explained absolutely nothing to me and was absolutely disrespectful and did not feel the need to even respond to me when I was in need of help.

I want to response to this email and all the other emails that I have sent your company over the last eight weeks and how this is going to be accomplished I have to take the test because part of my disability is memory and I accomplished completing the classes eight weeks ago which is causing me to not retain what I learned!

I have done my research on your company and looked up all of the violations that your company has received from the ADA and I'm afraid to say that you are violating multiple ADA laws with not only me but hundreds of other adults with disabilities!

The utter disrespect discrimination and sheer force to make adults with disabilities not successful with the tools that they are rightfully allowed is an embarrassment on your company the only reason that your company does this is because they want to pocket more money from people that have disabilities that failed the test because they can't be successful because your company is not providing them with what they need not to mention the emotional and psychological abuse that it puts on somebody with a disability.

I received an email on Saturday the 24th today 2021 from Joyce at your company apologizing for the inconvenience so is that mean that your company feels remorse for what they have done to me!

It is not my problem the client that your company has failed to provide me with the accommodations that I need in the fact that your company does not have anybody that can read the test to me where I reside in Glenwood Springs Colorado! It is not my responsibility to travel to an a half hours to a location to take a test especially due to the fact that I am disabled.

When the tractor first engaged with me there was no scribing of any sort no explanation of what I could and couldn't do no explanation of what I had for accommodations nor did the proctor even know that I had accommodations! I continuously asked him to inform me on my time because the time showing on the screen was not presenting double time I also asked him why he was not informed that I get brakes there was no response in fact he actually told me I could not have a break which caused me to miss my medication! The proctor even told me that I could not have water how inhumane is this for a testing facility to tell a person that they cannot drink water during a 7 1/2 hour test that seems abuse of power!
This whole situation has caused major anxiety and stress on me being put through almost 3 hours of testing with no scribing no help and no communication the last half hour of the test how long is somebody with a disability supposed to perform a test when they cannot decipher what in what is not supposed to be done.

I will not stop until I get total cooperation and I'm treated fairly and with respect! I will continue to reach out to every advocate and company that supports people with disabilities and file as many complaints as I have to in order to make your company comply with the ADA laws and not discriminate against my kind. Shame on you for putting people through hell!

PSI Services PSI Testing Center & Customer Service

PSI has the worst customer service so far, I scheduled a test for March 05, 2024 at Triad Aviation Academy-1030 PTI drive, Greensboro, NC 27409. The exam was scheduled for 9 am. I went to the center and I was told the center doesn't take exams on Mondays and Tuesdays. there was one guy and he told me he is off today and just came to pick up some stuff from the office. I called PSI from the test center and they told me to go back and gave me a ticket number 4027224. I was told I will be contacted within 24 hours, but no one contacted me. I called PSI customer service on March 06, 2024 around 4 pm and spoke to the rep for about 40 mins and then a guy came on line claiming to be a supervisor (fax was the name of the guy). he told me that he will reschedule me without paying the fee but he needs NC Licensing Board to upload the file again. He gave me the number of NC licensing board as well. Today NC Licensing board uploaded the file and I called again PSI for scheduling the exam and spoke to RIYA for an hour but she could not find any notes for waiving the fee for scheduling the exam. She never wanted to put her manager/supervisor online in order to resolve this issue and in fact she denied if there is any supervisor with the name of FAX. So it means the customer services you are providing is based on liars recruited for taking calls. I was wondering such a big organization like PSI is recruiting highly unprofessional staff and making the test centers with unreliable people/companies. Please investigate this matter that why I was scheduled to a test center who was not taking the test on the specified date and why the customer service rep was impersonating to be a supervisor/manager to bluff the candidates.

This reservation was done over the phone and the customer service rep gave me Triad Aviation Academy address as my testing center. I was never sent an acknowledgement email showing my testing center after the reservation was completed over the phone. If I can go to Triad Aviation Academy at 8;30 am, why cant I go to Cone Blvd which is only 15 mins away from there. If I would have been given the right information by the booking rep of PSI. Thanks

PSI Services PSI master electrician Texas exams

PSI did not send testing material for my exam such as Plan Set, and Power Wheel.

The testing center proctor was on the phone for 2 hours with India help while I waited to start the exam.

The poor proctor had phone in one hand and was trying their best to help the lobby full of others who were trying to get in to take their exams.

The proctor was concerned that they would get bad reviews because this mess up caused the rest of their test takers to get started very late on their tests.

Eventually the proctor was assured that I did not need the Plan Set because the Power Wheel and the Plan Set were the same thing and PSI had emailed the proctor the Power Wheel already.

So I told the test proctor, I was going to just start the exam and see what happens.

After the tutorial and before the exam started, I was presented with the screen that required me to acknowledge this exam was NEC 2020 and I was using the NEC 2020 book.

I stoped and went to tell the proctor that I had the wrong exam, because Texas, TDLR required the NEC 2023 exam.

So I was concerned that my exam would not count since PSI was specifically telling me this was a NEC 2020 exam.

The proctor got on the phone again for about 60 minutes while I waited in the lobby.

The proctor was told that I should just accept and click yes on the screen and start the exam.

I was not convinced. The screen specifically tells me it's a NEC 2020 and that I agreed.

Eventually the proctor was assured that NEC 2020 exam screen I was looking at was wrong and that I should accept the NEC 2020 message and take the exam.

That if there was a problem with Texas, TDLR and this exam, that PSI can make the change on their end in the IT department after the exam was completed.

So I started the exam.

Question 28, 29, 30, 32 told me to refer to the plan set to answer the questions. So, With test time counting down, I went and told the proctor I still needed the Plan set.

When I got to question 48, the proctor came in an told me that I was not going to get a Planset and that I could just cancel the exam and reschedule or just finish it and see how it goes.

I continued the exam without the Plan Set.

I passed both portions, the NEC Knowledge Check and the Calculations exams.

I got my print outs, and left at 7:30 pm.

I was there at 8:30 am.

Being concerned that PSI was going to send over to Texas the results of a NEC 2020 exam, I called Texas the next day which was Friday.

They had not gotten the results.

I called again on Tuesday because Monday was Presidents day.

Texas has not gotten the results yet.

I then called PSI.

Turns out after a very long hold time, they showed in the system that I needed to still schedule and take the exam.

I shared with them the Ticket Number that the Test Proctor given me for this issue.

I sent my exam result reports to PSI for proof.

They told me it will take less than a week for them to get a hold of the department, for that person in that department to look at my account, see a passing score for each exam, change it to passed for all to see, and to send verification of passing score to Texas.

A week, are you serious!

I told the PSI lady on the phone that I need this done sooner, or my employer will fire me.

She told me there is nothing she can do about the speed.

Mean while, I kept calling Texas to see if they got the scores.

After a week, I called PSI again.

They told me the New ticket number had not had any progress nor change as of yet.

I told this lady I need this done now, or I will be fired.

She told me she was going tell her manager, and send this query priority.

I should her back within 24 hours.

Well, I am officially fired from that employer and my job was given to another.

Plus, I am out the exam fee.

Plus, I will be loosing that daily income until I can get another good employer.

So, I have lost lots of money because of PSI's failed process.

PSI should have mailed the Power Wheel and Plan set like they were suppose to.

My struggle is the PSI Indian staff are not able to simply fix an issue. It is an easy fix.

"Hey this customer sent me his passing score, but we do not show a passing score. I better call the IT department.

Phone call... Hey IT, please check customer xyxyxyx and see if they passed the Texas Master Exam? Oh, they did? Great. Please change the status in the system to Passed. Will you please force a send verification to Texas then.

Great that is done.

Hey customer, it is all fixed.

Have a great day."

NOPE... the Indian helpers tell me they can do none of this.

It has been 2 weeks and nothing is resolved yet.

I am still waiting for PSI to fix this!

What happened to PSI? They use to be quite on it.

FIXES

#1. FIX your system. Send my passing score to Texas before I loose another work opportunity!

2. Pay me the income you caused me to loose plus exam fee.

3. Allow customer agents to actually help the customer resolve issues.

4. Give me the option to speak to and work with a USA agent when I call.

I will happily pay more for testing services if you just give me good customer support.

Claimed loss: $10,500 ($3500 a month for 3 months, or until I get a good employer again)plusExam fee has been a waste at this point.

Desired outcome: #1.Send my passing score to Texas before I loose another work opportunity! Pay me the income you caused me to loose plus exam fee. Let me speak to USA agent. I will pay more

PSI Services Website and information.

I have tested with PSI on numerous occasions and have taken 10 exams and they all used to show up on my login page.

My last test in Everett WA they spelled my name wrong. It took me 4 hours to get that mess straightened out since all support moved to F*%&$# INDIA!

They hung up on me twice because I was getting frustrated about them noT able to fix ANYTHING! All my test info is now gone and they claim I don't exist but I still have a login. Now I just logged in and only shows I took one exam. Some times I need score reports and they claim I haven't taken the exam I was asking for. Please take the support away from India. It is horrible and we cannot understand them. I am now notifying all states that use them for contractor licensing to please use other test agencies. Since support went to India, the whole system is effed up. Support is horrible and they will never let you speak to a supervisor. When it was US based it was easy and the support agents were helpful and friendly. PSI customer service now is just plain miserable.

Claimed loss: I have spent over 4 hours trying to resolve this to no avail.

Desired outcome: Bring support back to the US

This has not been resolved. They made a feeble attempt at resolving my issue. I sent them what they needed and they can't open a simple word document. This is not resolved

So today. I tried to register for south Carolina exam. I login to PSI (successfully) go thru the prompts, find the exam site and it refers me to the South Carolina PSI site. It asks me to login again. I do that it then says email and password is wrong. Then I try to register and it says my email already exists. So I call support (EFFING India again) They tell me after 30 minutes on the phone I have to get a new email to take the exam. Now I have 11 more states to go. They told me I now need a new email for every new scheduled exam. And to make matters worse, I still can't see all the exams I have taken or get certified copies of my test results when needed. I offered them to screen share to show my frustrations. They will not do it. When customer service and tech support is outsourced to India, it shows PSI does not give a [censored]. You cannot speak to any US based help anymore. God knows I have tried even calling corporate and they give me the same answer.

I am going to make it my mission to promote ICC, Pearson Vue and Prov because they are all still US based and the exams I have taken with them I have full access to and with one email address.

PSI Services Not receiving my duplicate copies of my CT saleperson score results (state and general)

Good afternoon,

I requested to received my duplicate copies on 1/18/2024 and only received the state portion and not the general. I need BOTH to get my real estate license. I called back on 1/23/2024 and have yet to get my general portion. Please expedite this so that I may submit to be licensed. Lack of communication and direction has been horrible from Psi customer services with no supervisors present to assist me with this concern.

PSI Services Massachusetts license salesperson exam

I sent in application on Oct 14 2023. My application was approved Dec 11 2023, but payment was declined for an unknown reason. I resent everything that day. I was told it would be reprocessed that same day then I received confirmation saying another 4-6 weeks.

I called yesterday Jan 17 2024 and still waiting. I need to take the exam my employer needs me to take it as soon as possible.

Please can you escalate this

PSI Services Broker exam

Passed the WA broker exam, they didn't send my test results to the state. Called them about it, they said I had to download them, send the results TO THEM, and they would forward them to the state. What?

My login wouldn't work. They sent me to tech support, who sent me to different tech support. 40 minutes later they answered, got me logged in, but apparently not the correct login. To get me logged in to the correct part of their site, I was forwarded 5 more times to other reps, with no resolution. I hung up after transfer number 6, 1 hr, 30 minutes on the phone.

Desired outcome: Send my test results to the WA DOL!

PSI Services VA Salesperson Real Estate Exam

I recently took the VA Salesperson Exam on Thursday, December 21st, unfortunately I failed the exam because time ran out. I was given 90 minutes to complete 90 questions on the National part of the test. Only after rescheduling the test did I notice on my receipt the duration for the National Exam is listed as 105 minutes. This is 15 minutes more than what was granted to me when I initially took the test. If I was granted the full 105 minutes as stated on the PSI receipt, I would have had sufficient time to complete the test and pass, as I was only 4 points away from a passing score.

Please explain this discrepancy and how can the situation be rectified, as I have paid an additional $60 to retake the test on January 2, 2024.

I have contacted the PSI Center number [protected], ext. 7040, several times to have this issue resolved before my re-examination and each time, I am told to call back within 48 hours.

Desired Outcome:

Option 1: Grant me a Passing grade, as I was only 4 points away from a passing grade, in which I would have passed had I received the full time.

Option 2: Provide the 15 minutes to complete the remaining 8 unanswered questions.

Option 3: Waive the $60 Exam fee to retake the test.

Claimed loss: An additional $60 to retake the exam.

PSI Services PSI residential endorsement test

I had scheduled a PSI test for 1pm on a Saturday. I showed up to a PSI testing center 15 mins early as instructed on my test bulletin. There were 2 people in front of me in line. It took the testing center over an hour to get me checked in. Not huge deal, I can wait, but when I was 3 hours into my 4 hour test I was asked how much longer I would take since they were closing soon. I quickly answered the remaining questions so I wouldn’t have any unanswered questions, but was annoyed that my test that I paid for had to be cut short because of PSI testing center’s slow check in process. Also the test I took had 110 questions but the results showed it was out of 100 questions. I don’t know how that is not a massive issue.

I emailed PSI about the testing irregularities that Monday since they don’t have any support phone numbers on their website, but got no response. Wednesday I started calling non support numbers to see if I could get any help. I finally reached someone through calling their test scheduling number, but they said they could not help me as I did not submit a complaint directly at the testing center at the time of my test. I asked why would I submit a complaint to the people I am complaining about? But they kept telling me I had to have submitted the complaint to the testing center. They also said that they could not escalate the issue since I didn’t know the name of any of the proctors and waited 4 days to call, even though I emailed them the next business day and they don’t have any test support number. After 45 mins of going in circles the representative finally said that she would have her manager call me back. I am still waiting for a call back and don’t really know what to do besides filing a complaint online.

PSI makes it extremely difficult to get any help. I honestly don’t know how there can be any integrity in their tests when they have no easy way to ask questions or submit complaints.

PSI Services PSI- Certified Bariatric Nurse Examination Test Registration

I have been trying to sign up to test for the certified bariatric nurse exam for the past month and the website does not allow me. I have contacted PSI numerous times and spoken to different representatives for a solution to no avail.

I would like for PSI to help me register for the examination and to find a solution as to why the website does not allow me to register as soon as possible. The registration deadline is approaching. I believe the issue is with the website itself.

PSI Services Maryland testing center not found

I finished the nail technician theory test in September. After that, I need to take a practical test to finish my Nail Technician License. When I came to the website to take appointment online, the website showed "Testing Center not found". I call for the candidate support of PSI and they give me with a thousand reason including "We will send email to department, we going to escalate this problem for you, you have to wait for 24 hours, so you have to call back after 7 business days". I keep calling them during almost 3 months, but my problem has not solved. They gave me almost 6 ticket number, but nothing happens. I still cannot make any appointments. They told me all testing center in Maryland are close. I ask to talk with manager or advisor, but they told me that they cannot connect it. I have to wait for their manager to call me back. I really don't know how to do with this issue. I feel like they try to pass my issue. If someone have any phone number of PSI to fill the complaint, please give me.

PSI Services PSI system and Proctoring is awful.

I was in the midst of my exam and it kept flagging me for "looking somewhere else" before kicking me out midway through. I explained to my Procter that I was only looking at my monitor but it still booted me out. I paid $700 for this exam and the exam is 4 hours long. this is ridiculous and I cant explain how frustrated and sad I am. This exam only comes around every 4 months. Customer Service was ok but they kept saying they'll call back with a answer to my problems and never did. I do understand they need to watch you and make sure you don't cheat, but the entire 360 room view was not enough to prove theres nothing in the room? I looked at the top of my desk top, not even around the room and it booted me out.

Claimed loss: $700 + time.

Desired outcome: I would like to be able to get back into my exam. I would like to not have to pay another $700. I would like to not have to wait for 4 months before i can try again.

PSI Services Scheduling the real estate exam for washington state

I had to wait 2 months to take my real estate exam even though I had passed the Online Real Estate School/ Rockwell. Due to technical issues on PSI end. By the time I was able to finally take the exam I no longer could access my online school and materials so I wasn't able to study as hard as I wanted to . I failed the national portion but passed the state.

When I called to reschedule the National portion... again an "EED" issue came up. I called every day and was told to call back with in 24-48 hours... even after 3 weeks.

Finally, a very nice supervisor helped me schedule it. He had no problems doing this for me.

Unfortunately, I failed by one question..

Again... the same "EED" error and it's been a week of promises to resolve the situation.

I need to go ahead and get my license to provide for my family and this is becoming an issue.

Also, PSI is always very urgent on taking payment right away even though the scheduling doesn't happen..

PSI Services Examiner OF PSI

Dear VA Stateboard of Barber and cosmetology and Psi,

My name is Anna, I’m writing this to the Board and hope can hear from you soon as soon as possible. I’m a part of the test taker at the Richmond Location in Virginia. I was there last week to take the Nail Practical test. after the test, the examiner told us, to wait for the result, However we had waited for about 2 hours long and they said there were the technical issues was going on. We just need to go home and check the result on the website, which was shocking me a lot because we supposed to receive the paper result right away instead waiting that long. And there were some other candidates have taken this test up to 5 times already, after that, THEY received THE SAME PROBLEM about TECHNICAL ISSUE (I feel that this is a very crazy excuse of not wanted to do all that paper works for us, which i have never heard before). They sent us home without giving any further notice, we have asked them so show us what was wrong with the system, they refused and ignored our concerns, which is totally ODD, and shouldn’t happen more than twice like that. When we all GOT HOME AND CHECK THE Result, we all FAILED, HOWEVER WE DID NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING SAYING THAT WHAT PARTS did we do wrong! We WERE SO CONFUSED HOW SOME OTHER PEOPLE COULD TAKE THE TEST SO MANY TIMES and still FAILED WITHOUT RECEIVING ANY RESULTS OR REPORTS from the Examiner! We’re KINDLY ASKING FOR THE BOARD TO SHOW US what PARTS DID WE DID WRONG so we can approve them. If we don’t know what did we did incorrectly, how can we fix that? Because that’s mostly all we Learned from SCHOOL, and WE DO NOT KNOW WHAT EXAMINER EXPECTED FROM us to do right? We ALSO FEEL SO RACIST REGARDING OF WHAT THE EXAMINER PUT ALL OF US AS ASIANS TO ONE ROOM AND THE REST OTHER DIFFERENT ETHNICITIES TO DIFFERENT ROOM, WHY? WE DON’t know if the examiner DID NOT LIKE US BY ANY REASON but WE JUST WANT TO BE Treated THE SAME WAY AS OTHERS.

We took the same test AS THEM, why you separated us? If the discrimination is really happening here, PLEASE CHANGE THE EXAMINER! We Want to have the FAIR - EQUAL EXAMINATION AND ATMOSPHERE. We Tried to call the CUSTOMER OF BOARD AND PSI, NO ONE ANSWERED! Please HELP US Because we Drive Far, We Studied Hard, we Tried Our Best all the Time. We don’t have much money to come and go to take the test all the time without any explanation why we fail. Please understand our situation! We Would Like to HEAR FROM THE BOARD AND THE PSI!
