Written up for insubordination based on a) campus policy i was not made aware of prior ..and b) something the sup. HEARD someone else SAY i said. (Which was not accurate and was misconstrued). The HR dept doesnt do a fact check whenever a supervisor wants to hassle someone...only goes by what the sup.says, and ignores the basic facts. (And in my case they ignored my explaination and clarificationmof fact, and that hearsay isnt allowed in the courtroom for a reason Supervisor is sexist and gender biased--.many employess agree he is sexist and he makes many of them uncomfortable. I was set up for failure in one area of my duties...i made human errors, such as mismatched quantities occasionally and that became the focus of my existance--not the other 2/3of my duties which i performed satisfactorily. Suspicious supply inventory practices and when it is pertainent it is sidestepped in to their own "midwestern way" of doing things. Lack of true leadership within the admin and double standards are rampant, as is poor employee morale.
