Cresent bank employees are very rude and unprofessional. They call and talk to you as if your nobody, quick to threaten you with repo... And keep an eye on your credit report they will report you late when your not. They put a hold on my acct so I could not pay my bill so they can repo it. When you make your payment they will not process it until the 30 th day mark so you can get extra finance chrgs.
