im severely disabled and by them cancelling the warranty on a 1 week old machine and saying in writing they will violated Australian law can only been seen as taking advantage of vulnerable.

even just as bad the mop pads don't dry properly, it whether oversoaks or under, ot always causes a rotten water smell that spreads across the tiles and now they stink of rotten water
