Avoid like a plague!
These people are true scammers! They fraudulently charged my card without my permission and took my money!
When I contacted ASmallWorld customer service they claimed I allowed them to charge my card for a membership renewal! They never asked anything, and I never allowed them to do that. Demanded my money back but these scammers refused and later they just stopped replying to my messages! Avoid like a plague!
Termination of Account
It is impossible to terminate account through their website.
I'm adding same username and password I used to log in, however, it's impossible. They just want to take more money from me.
There is no way to remove my CC details from the website.
They took bogus charge from me
People, don’t visit the website www.asmallworld.com. I opened it only once and used it, but after that they started to charge my card. They took $150 from me, but I have no idea for what and how to cancel any other fees. If someone knows, please help me and be careful, because it is too serious and really impossible to return money from these people.
