There is absolutely a management team, but they hide behind "the community"). If one of the "leaders" decides to block or remove your account (which they do often), there is no appeals process, and no names of anyone to even appeal to. You'd have to complain or appeal to the same people who unfairly took your account over. Shady organization that will takeover your account, your personal information, and even your DNA information. They should really be shut down.
