About 1 hour ago I went to Costco to take advantage of the buy $200 get $50 gift card promotion. This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at Costco. Whoever devised this devious plan had no idea what the customers would have to endure to get this promotion to work. Inasmuch as Costco has no prices on individual products it becomes enormously difficult to reach as close to the $200 without going over or (in my case) under. As I was $40 short, I had to purchase more P&G items which I essentially didn't need - i. e 60 rolls of toilet paper! Seriously! Unfortunately for me having not read the very fine print, there were more complications, requirements needed to finally, eventually get a measly $50 gift card.

I returned all of my 12 items after spending 1.5 hours in the warehouse and adding 2500 steps to my already tired 75 year old body. Is anyone thinking how this may impact your customers? I am disappointed, disallusioned and disgruntled with your company, and I will remember when the time comes, which brands I will consider.

I have been using Herbal Essences shampoo and conditioner for about 40 years and love these products. Recently I went to the store to get conditioner only to discover one bottle was almost $10! How in the world can one bottle of conditioner be worth $10. I chose to buy Suave conditioner which was only $2.

You should be ashamed of yourself gouging customers like that. You certainly lost this long-time customer!

I have been using Persil Pods for a while happy with product in respect to clean clothes etc .Inside the last few boxes the pods have been broken and stuck together in one cluster ,meaning at least half box liquid has run out making them of no use at least all. I bought these from Tesco stores in Talbot Green,surely date isn't relevant can't remember when only where shop same place every time ,so no receipt available . I have nothing else to say only it's a waste of money on my part

We have watched the newest round of Crest Toothpaste commercials with horror. First, there was the on-air ad where a woman, sexily clad, is pushed way back in her chair, against her will, as one leg flies way up in the air. Then that same woman smiles afterwards. It's one of the worst portrayals of sexual abuse, paired with the stereotype of rape fantasy (that rape is what women really want), that we've seen in decades. No doubt due to numerous complaints by viewers, that version of the commercial has been taken off the air, and replaced with a similar Crest commercial featuring a different woman

being pushed back in her chair and against her will. In this alternative version, the woman is dressed in more covered-up fashin, and is a bit more plain. She also is darker, which lends the ad a racist as well as sexist overtone. In her case, as with the prior commercial, a loud sound, as if the woman has hit her head, is made when the chair goes all the way back. The message remains, in this ad as well, that women are to be treated violently.

It is clear that those who have made these commercials, and those who have approved them, are misogynists

who believe that women deserve

to be subjected to violent

treatment to make them compliant. It is also clear that Procter & Gamble

deserves to have its products boycotted. We are happy to oblige, and are having our university students do the same.

After we showed them the two Crest commercials, they, too, felt strongly about doing their part in this boycott. We all are done with any item produced, from this point forward, by this needs-proctoring-but-not-ever-worth-the-gamble company.

Upon unplugging this device (due to small Children playing in the room), the Fabreze device was placed upright. A small amount of Fabreze liquid from the dispenser leaked onto our table. Minutes later the table's lamination blistered and bubbled up. Wrote to P$G. Their $50 compensation was lost in the mail or stolen. Contacted P$G again and was notified by email not to contact them but to take it up with the gift card company. Contacted the gift company only to get the run-around. Meanwhile, more important than our ruined table ($2k) is the potential harm this product may be causing when it is heated and inhaled as product instructions note.

I purchased the new clean scent Dawn dish soap AND ITS AWFUL! What in the world?! I was coughing from the god-awful smell! My hands were bleeding after the third day! I certainly hope you do not use that nasty stuff on the wildlife you brag about saving! It would kill them! I want my money back! Of course i cant find my receipt, hubby threw it away! I know i paid 10.99 for it at Winco grocery in Boise ID. The label doesn't say whether it has Lavendar in it but i am severely allergic to Lavendar! if I knew how to attach photos i would show you the red hives, cracks and bleeding on the backs of my hands!

Hello ~ I have purchased Puffs Ultra Soft cubes for many years. Recently the product seems to be inferior. Many of the tissues when pulled out of the box separate, so they are just one ply. Also, they don't seem to be packed properly. When pulling a tissue out, the next one does not pop up properly, which requires me to dig into the remaining tissues, resulting in tearing and wasting some of the tissues in the box. At this time, I will not be purchasing Puffs. I hope at some point I will be able to be satisfied with them again.

Bought a pack of Daz laundry pods from

Home Bargains in Rawtenstall.

Several pods had stuck together and then burst when i was trying to gently separate them.

See Photos attached below showing how these three pods were combined/ stuck together; showing the box and bar code and one showing the leak on the chair arm where I had placed them to photograph them.

We have been using fairy pods for awhile now. My wife suffered a burn to her chest last night, after finding some undesolved pod in her bra, that she had on in the day. I have photos of burn but won't send them now. We have not had this problem with other brands including the cheaper ones like aldi. A while ago we also found a melted pod stuck on a jumper that had been washed, it's like they are not melting quick enough, I would like to know if your having problems. I purchased a can of Gillette Foamy Regular shave foam which I have been using the same type for approximately 45 years and this one can has a very different odor to it. Enough so my wife made me immediately stop using it and we purchased another can which was fine. Not the end of the world but thought maybe you should checked your quality control wherever this came from. The can is still full if you'd like it but I can just toss it. I purchased a 31oz bottle of the product last week (December17th), and it was blue, and smelled amazing as always. I went to do laundry today (December 29th), and it is a gray color and smells horrible! I keep the bottle in the laundry closet, and it is not exposed to anything that would cause a problem. I am on a fixed income, and have to be very careful of how I spend my money. Tide is the only detergent that I will use, but I am very disappointed with whatever happened to this bottle. Can you explain to me what happened? Now I have to wait on doing my laundry, and will have to get another bottle of detergent. I would greatly appreciate to hear back from you, and figure out a way that this does not happen again!

I have been a customer for a long time with many fo your products. When I saw a coupon offering Dawn powerwash and a refill for 1.99 I thought great deal. I do not like the powerwash. It takes too much soap to make soapy dishwater and I don't like the spray and rinse concept. Very disappointed . I'll stick to my regular Dawn blue platinum.'

Hello,

I recently purchased two bottles of Febreze Light Air, ie., Bamboo & Sea Spray.

Both containers were half full of product. Is this normal for this product?

Overall I am satisfied with the items, but didn't understand why the bottles were not more full.

If the containers should be more full, then possibly the Company's Quality Control Department should be aware of this situation.

Please respond to this matter when you have the opportunity.

I'm not complaining about the actual toothpaste, I've happily used it for several years on recommendation from my dentist, but about its tube.

My current toothpaste is about half used but, as with my previous two lots of Oral B, the seam in the tube has split, toothpaste escapes and makes a mess. This results in me throwing away a half full tube of Oral B. This has occasionally happened in the past but I think three times in a row is unacceotable.

Could you kindly take this issue up with your manufacturers? Thanks

Fairy washing up liquid is not the same anymore, can't you see the number of complaints you are receiving, iv use Alid washing up liquid and it's far better and last longer. Your advert is miss leading as the bubbles don't last long at all ,as soon I put a greasy object into the bowl the bubbles dissappear. Not good at all .I won't be buying Fairy washing up liquid anymore .

I have trouble sleeping and staying asleep at night. I purchased the above product from Dollar General in Hickory Hills, Illinois on October 18th. I ate two of the gummies at night for two days. I remained awake all night. I didn't even feel drowsy. I would like to receive coupons to try another brand to replace the money I spent on the gummy PureZzzzs.

I have been buying Febreeze aerosol room freshners and last few months bought the Febreeze Pet odour control cans. In the begining the spray was doing Ok but as it went to half the contents I found that the spray action had stopped and a very thin unspraylike stream came out and it would not cover the litter tray. The first time I thought maybe it was a faulty can and so bought another one. The same thing happened. Now I have 2 cans that are still half and I cannot use them . Both of them were bought from Walmart in Bellingham USA where I do monthly shopping, across the border. I feel that I had to bring this problem to you so your production team can check this issue.

I also bought them in Canada and it was the Lavender room spray that after half the contents are done the rest comes out on a think UNSPRAY line and this is not helpful.

Kindly advice whats to be done and how you can address this issue. Thanks
