I am watching a bit more tv than usual as I'm in bed with covid. The most prominent commercial is the one with the annoying crying baby & the parents start dancing, a rather annoying dance when the baby stops crying. Now, I'm assuming that your message is, if you wrap your baby up in a blanket washed with fabric softener added, he/she will stop crying.

I cannot complain unless I can think of a better option so, why don't you try to soften a construction workers clothes. It just might be more believable. And we don't have to listen to a crying baby!

It's an old commercial anyway, lets get a new one!

I can appreciate the concern for children getting into the pods containers, however that will NEVER be a concern in my home. Needing to squeeze both sides of the top in order turn the lid is impossible for anyone with arthritis or limited dexterity for any reason. Does this mean that I must must buy detergent in plastic bags? Limited dexterity is not just an issue for seniors but many younger people also have problems that make it almost impossible to remove the top so their children are susceptible to accessing the product ,

I suggest you reexamine your design so all customers can use the plastic containers of pods.

I am 86 years old and have been using old spice aftershave since I was 13 and the body spray since it came out, my complaint is the new locking system you have on your spray cans, I buy these in packs of 6 and it is not unusual to throe 2 to 3 cans away because they do not work to this stupid locking system which you now fitted I cannot believe that I am the only customer who has had this problem do you intend to rectify this or do i have to change my brand.

I was traveling East on I-80 on 7/22/2023 when one of your trucks ran me off the road. He switched lanes causing me to swerve into the left burm and nearly hit the dividing wall. Thankfully I was able to accelerate just before he collided with my car. It was truck #469830 (see photo below).

I wanted to know about the poor performance of your driver.

I recently bought this product. No problems with the contents but the design of the bottle is ridiculous. Firstly the bottle opens and the bottom and the closing mechanism fails to shut after a couple of uses dribbling liquid everywhere. For some reason only known to your design team the dispenser is positioned at the other end of the bottle the shape of which means I cannot turn the bottle upside down to stop the useless opening from dribbling. It also means that should any liquid remain in the dispensing cup it also dribbles out down the bottle making more mess. Clearly this is designed for looks rather that practicality. I have now taken all the liquid out of the bottle and used an empty rival brand which works as a bottle.

I have recently started using these Fairy balls, and am not happy at all. They were used exact to instructions, but they have just ruined a brand new set of sheets and pillow cases, costing me almost £16, as they have left a blue dye residue in my new pink sheets, which i cannot get out, despite rewashing them. I have added photo at the bottom. I am reluctant to ever use this product again, as i am on a tight income, and I cannot afford to lose this sort of money. Please advise.. Sally Burden

I no longer have the box nor the receipt, so I cannot give you information other than it bears the number [protected]. I bought this product in Australia about a month ago and brought it back with me to Canada. While using it in Australia, I thought that the reason that it is difficult to squeeze it out of the tube is because the tube is very full and several uses later, it would become manageable. Well, I am a third of the way through the tube and it is no better. I expect that toothpaste is easy to squeeze out. Not this product. So I have given up and will throw it out. Thought I would let you know so that it can be improved.

Dear Sir, I bought an Electric Toothbrush 3-4 months back along with its spare contraptions (pictures enclosed). When I opened it a couple of days back to use, it wasn't working, apparently, the battery leaked inside. Despite, replacing the battery and cleaning the insides it still refuses to work. I expect a replacement / refund given the reputation of your company as also the fact that a loyal customer has reported an issue with the product. Looking forward to an expeditious action. Brought a box of fairy washing pods and most of them are stuck together more than half the box un useable … I use fairy aa its great for my children …. I have had to throw away most of the box which contained 33 washes… they werent cheap when I brought them and now have to spend more money on buying new ones … I always use the liquid tabs as they are easy to use

I purched a budgie, $350.00 had him three weeks, sprayd a little freebreze in the house and my bird was dead the next morning. On the bottle it says dangerous to birds, but I am blind and could not read the cautions. We outlawed DDT because it killed birds, what about procter and gamble, I want my bird paid for or replaced. No telling wht is in this stuff, could cause danger to small animals and humans. Help.

I purchased the Zevo spray for insects that I occasionally find in my home. However, after using it about 4 or 5 times, the can stopped spraying. The can is not even half empty, and as someone with a limited income, I can't afford to keep buying a product that stops working. I really love this product because it is safe for my pets and it works effectively. I would greatly appreciate it if I could have the can replaced, if possible. Please let me know what information you would need from the can.

I love this first of all. But I bought four can and the first one work ok but then I got the second one out and it will not spray so I got the third one out and it did the same thing the fourth one too and as much as they are I try to change the spray cap but that did not work. Sometthing need to be changeg on the design.

I bought two packets of these when they were on sale at New World. They work well, but leave a horrible strong chemical smell (and even taste!) on the dishes, especially plastic and silicone. I have a toddler which makes residual chemical tastes and smells more worrying.

Even rinsing doesn't get rid of the smell or taste. It took multiple washes (with other brand dishwashing tablets) and rinses for it to dissipate.

It was so bad that I had to stop using them and buy another brand that I've used before and know doesn't do this. I've used about 1/3 to half a pack of 52 and have a whole unopened pack as well.

It's been very disappointing and not what I expected from Fairy.

I love your product. I have been using the Weightless Dry Spray (White Peach + Argan Oil) for almost 2 years. My complaint is that when the 'can' is about 1/4 full, it no longer sprays the product. I believe I'm following instructions to Shake Well before using and hold upright 6" from target area. This has happened 2 out of 3 of the bottles I have purchased. Has this been reported previously? I really like spray and don't really want to find another. I have been using SECRET deodorant for many years. Any ideas how I can get every drop from this product? Thanks for listening.

Since years, I have been purchasing the Always pads with or without wings. In my recent purchases I started to observe that the pads: display an awful odour -they are scented- , they leak badly and the adhesive plastic sticks awfully in my underwear. Most of the time, I need to sink my underwear in water for a while, until the adhesive material is gone.

I really don’t see how this new branded pads are better than previous ones.

Not a satisfying experience wearing Always pads.

I purchased a can of Secret Dry Spray and the spray nozzle is broken. How disappointing to need the deodorant you just spent $10 on and it doesn't work.

Is there a way to get a coupon to replace it? Receipt was tossed.

Item was purchased at a Publix grocery store in Florida while on vacation out of my state and I reside in Wisconsin. The time frame was April 2023.

Your febreze plug in do not last as long as you advertise. I have it in the low side and it may last a month, not the time span you advertise. I’ve tried it more than one time and it do not last the time span you advertise. I feel it’s false advertisement when your product does not live up to your advertisement. The product is your Febreze plug ins.
