Treatwell Cancelled booking - did not receive payment

I made a booking for a treatment at my local salon via Treatwell i paid up front and don’t usually have a problem , however on this one occasion i was unable to make the appointment so cancelled this via Treatwell, this was on 16/12/24 and I still have not received my refund , the salon owner has also made numerous request for me to get back the money i paid ! i’m now considering Trading Standards as this is fraud

Treatwell Relaxing massage experience

I recently booked a deep tissue massage through Treatwell and it was a genuinely good experience. The booking process was straightforward, and I found a time slot that suited my busy schedule. The masseuse was professional and attentive, making sure the pressure was just right. I left feeling relaxed and my muscle knots were noticeably better. It wasn't a life-changing moment, but it was exactly what I needed after a long week. I'd recommend it to anyone in need of some stress relief.
